This location staff and management is completely ridiculous and I have video footage. I came in to get my order they told me they were still working on it. After so long of waiting one of the employees grabs a bag from the side corner and calls out my name. I said ma’am I’ve been standing here this whole time waiting because I was told they was working on my order now your telling me the bag you just grabbed from over there is mine when again I’ve been waiting here the whole time so could you please remake my order because that isn’t right that I get food that been sitting. She agrees then tell management that I wanted my food remade, which is were it gets worse and the problem really starts. The manager says they will make it but started an argument with me at the Same time then proceeds to say well the longer we talk the longer it takes me to make your meal, I said well your not cooking it she said actually I am I said okay conversation over she walks to the back starts talking to Employees in Spanish and then back to talking to me yelling from the back I said I thought you said you were going to cook and conversation was done. She comes back around and start saying more stuff and then says I’m not making your food now and tells the employee to give me a refund and get me out the store. Then as I ask why would you tell me you are going to remake it just to start a argument to make me wait longer to say your aren’t making it now and giving me a refund. At that the food was for myself and my son who also was there to witness the worse part of it all. They were pin that says “team no kid hungry “ which is a complete joke because they decided to not give me my food over pride. And the girl who gave me the refund began to be rude while giving me my money back just following the lead of her manager which is sad. Read moreIt brakes me to rate this place a 2 Star because Jack in the Box is by far my favorite fast food joint. I placed my order and drove up to the window with no problem. While paying the employee politely read back my order because the order screen was shattered ( which was surprising because they just renovated the whole place) he then asked what type of sauce I would like. I asked for 4 sauces and he told me that he would have to charge me for all 4. I then said that's fine. He then asked for me to park up front and they would bring my order out to me. I really didn't mind parking and waiting for them to bring out my order. But then15 minutes past and I was still waiting for my order. I know, I know, I could have just gotten down and asked why it was taking so long for my order to be out, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of taking my children off the car. After what was the longest wait the employee finally came out and handed me my order. I looked through all bags and it seemed as if all my food was there. But little to my surprise when I got home half of my order was missing. All 4 sauces I had payed for were missing. My order consisted of 4 large meals and all meals were missing fries. I did get upset for the reason that 15 min of a wait and still they managed to get my order wrong. I then tried to call the location and the first 3x I called the call went through and it was as if the call was being answered and quickly hung up. Read moreThis Jack in the box had just had its Grand re-opening and I was under the impression that it was going to be awesome that the new Jack in the box was going to overcome the old reputation. So I went ahead and got in the Drive-Thru the young gentleman Junior was told by me that I would love a fresh Burger ultimate double cheeseburger bird to be exact. So when I pull up to the window that young kid tells me that my order should be coming out he gives me my drink I get the bag and I tell him if my order isn't the way that I stated I'm going to get off the car and let you know what's going on and guess what I had to get off the car the fries you can tell we're super fresh the burger was cold and not even the cheese was melted and the me was one of the ones that they hold on to ask me why trust me I can tell so I got off went to the front door it was locked I went ahead and knocked on it in a very professional manner I told the kid about my burger and I feel like he knew about it or at least a management cuz as soon as he ran out he goes I'll make it a new one right now and I just explained to him please don't ever do that to any other customer again it is not correct to lie knowingly and I am a customer that comes here all the time I work right up the street by the police department North Vegas I will give this place one more shot only because it has a grand reopening but one more time is it if not I will never ever...
