Burger King — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Many reasons for my rating. The rating is based on the cleanliness of the restaurant. The man working front register seemed like he was over it, we were not greeted when we walked in, didn’t answer questions that we had about the menu, also didn’t tell us all the ingredients that came on a specific burger when asked. now, the young lady with faded orange/red hair was friendly. only problem was her and another young girl, we’re on the side of the kitchen eating. I used to work fast food and understand taking a quick sip to stay hydrated but these ladies were full on eating. neither one washed their hands and proceeded to serve food. As for the who was actually in the kitchen (making burgers), the one with septum piercing, had an airpod in. I was watching them from my seat and i saw how they checked their phone for a minute or two, then proceeded to cook/make burgers WITHOUT washing their hands. my burger was slightly pink and i checked the middle to see if the middle was cooked. it was not. very dissatisfied with this experience. The only one that I was okay with was the guy, maybe hispanic, he was wearing gloves, properly taking/placing things above the sink. was also wearing a mask and properly had it on, unlike the other young girl who was wearing one but had it...

Wholly molley! Haven't been to this location in a minute... IMMEDIATELY reminded why. Wait was about 5 to 10 mins to even be spoken to at the drive thru. Once got some traction you don't know if you have coke freezes, but pull around? Cool but I have more stuff to order... no mozzarella sticks? All good. I at least need the kids meal I'm actually here for... cheeseburger, cut in half, with halfsies and an apple juice please. Oh, you can't do that? What part can't you do? I've been flexible thus far, but seriously what's going on and what do you have???

But when you "Ma'am me with an attitude while reading back the wrong order with impossible instructions... I'm good... there are articles about people peeing in food in upscale restaurants, I do not have time or faith in angry people making food for me and mine. NOPE! Despite the fact I drove to this 24 hr location passing other fast food places after being released from the VA er... there are way too many options out there folks. As I speech to text this review from a McDonald's drive thru... I urge you all to stay safe and proactive out...

One star is being generous Avoid this location at all costs, set in the Drive-Thru for over 25 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, all because one customer ordered something special which shouldn't be that big a deal but instead of having the customer Park then bring the special order out to keep the drive-thru moving like most drive-thru restaurants, they had the customer wait at the window while 12 to 15 cars backed up in the Drive-Thru, this is not an isolated I work nearby and pass this location multiple times a week at different times, the drive-thru is always backed up and you never know when they're open or closed because they do not follow their hours of operation from the website. Not sure if this is a corporate or a franchise location but management is a major issue I personally asked to speak with the manager I'm more than one occasion and was told that he or she wasn't there and no one was sure when they would be back. Hands down this is the worst restaurant I have...
