Jack in the Box — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I get off at 4 am and come to the store 3821 off on crag rd right off the exit, I see a mini van parked infront of the store with two girls in it and a cone blocking the the drive thru preventing anyone from pulling in, the two girls end up getting out the van with music playing at its max, I can see that they work at this establishment because they were in they're uniforms still.. when I asked if the drive thru was open they replied that it was closed because they were on break, when i asked how long the girl ignored me and continued to walk inside i wish the owners of this establishment would review they're cameras because they are all clearly stealing the companys time and are getting paid for it graveyard needs a review or audite done asap they're paying these girls to smoke and chill on they're job and not work at all windows shows 24hr drive thru this is literally every time I come here witch is the last time I come here I just took a picture of the girl taking off the cone as I was writing the review this is a joke !!! Checking in at 4:06 am 5/11/2024 nothings changed this place really isn't 24hrs they have employees that take they're lunches at the same time and block off the 24hr drive thru nothings changed from this place even tho I mentioned they need to audite grave yard! They're false advertising this as 24hr nothing about this is 24hrs, Iv seen 7 cars from the 10 minutes I waited try to pull in and leave already... Update 07/21/2024 nothing has changed they have the con blocking the drive thru AGAIN WHY ISNT THE OWNER OF THIS BUISNESS DOING ANYTHING I SEE 2 COWORKERS IN A WHITE CAR CHILLING AND SMOKING IM NOT SURPRISED AT THIS POINT THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEY'RE HOURS CLOSED AT FROM 2AM TILL 5 AM I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO COME HERE THE OTHER JACK IN THE BOX IS ALSO SAYING THEY'RE CLOSED WHEN IT STATES 24HRS MORE PICTURES FOR PROOF AND HAVE NOT BEEN HELLPED SINCE THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS EVERY MORNING WHY HASNT THE BUISNESS OWNERS FOUND NEW STAFF THEY'RE OBVIOUSLY STEELING TIME WHILE CLOSING THE BUISNESS ON...

Let me say first off the food is really good I had no problem with that. My only complaint is that in the drive thru I had a problem with the employee paying attention and getting my order right. I had a coupon and i asked could you use it for more than one order of the special it was for ( 2/$4 breakfast croissants) and altho many other food establishment allow up to 3/coupon I accepted that they don't. Still not my complaint the coupon was for a regular not supreme and I think because I thought you had the choice of bacon or sausage I ordered with bacon now the employee advised me that w/bacon it would be a supreme. So I stated that i would go with the ham instead of bacon as i didn't want the higher priced supreme and my coupon was for the regular one. It was a confusing interaction between us and by the time it was done he asked was it correct on the screen I said yes on the quantity but said those 4 of the 5 breakfast sandwiches were not supreme and figured that it would be corrected as i was advised to come to the window. The total amount seemed pretty high but i took it on face value that it was corrected on the type of sandwich as i stated even with my coupon? And I was told yes. When I got to the window and gave the coupon it came down by $3 so i wrongly assumed that it was because the other 3 sandwiches plus 5 hash browns must have cost way more than I had thought. I wrongly only counted the quantity of my order and went home to feed the kids. As we pulled out the sandwiches to distribute them 4 were supreme and the only sausage was the regular one and that made me upset because I had stated not the Supremes. Now I would have thought normal mistake but the coupon was for 2cregular croissants and if the employee didn't know my wishes then for the coupon to be used i should have had 2 regular croissants instead of the 4 Supremes I was charged for which made a very big difference of the total for the order. I usually avoid this store and go to the one on Ann Rd, or the one on Craig west of here, even if have to drive further. Some days you are in a hurry and go to the place you know is always bad simply because you are there. At night, they may be open and have been known to put a cone in the drive thru to ooops, no customers. Other nights they just ignor the speaker alltogether. Unlike the other JNTB locatoins I go to, a small curly fry gets 1 sause and a large gets 2, this site is the most likly to only provide 1 sause and have been known to provide none even when asked. Of the JNTB locations I go to, this one is never clean outside, trash always there but not as bad as most 7-11s so they have hope still. Made this review due to what might be a new practive of being McD's a place I no longer go to due to this practice. We placed the order and they said to pull forward to stall 1. No one beind me or even placing an order when the order was a basic combo. By the time we parked they were already coming out, with no sauses. Before we could even look at the bag they were already inside. Minus 1 star for drive though practive, 1 for cleanlyness in general, 1 for missing product/sause, 1 for bad sevice in general, and just cant take off more...
