EDIT: I went back last Wednesday January 26th and had the worst experience which will probably make me not come back. The girl that was helping me, (young Caucasian brown hair) was extremely rude. She was rude at the beginning but what really did it was that I asked for avocado and she put the avocado sauce. After making the whole bowl vegan I would assume it was common sense to at least ask if I wanted dairy but I nicely said “oh I meant fresh avocado” and she looked at me and said it was the same thing. Then I asked what was in it and she said avocado, lime and Mexican sour cream. And I said “yeah I don’t eat dairy..” she looked at me with a death stare and stomped off to the back and her co worker followed and asked what was wrong because of the way she stormed off. Then she came back and grabbed the bowl of rice her co worker had for the other customer, and started slamming the ingredients. Super rude. I get it was an inconvenience but it wasn’t my fault and I wasn’t even being rude, which I should have. Little entitled girl should not work in customer service. I love this poke place I’m so glad we decided to stop by. The person that was working (I forgot their name) was very friendly and explained to us how everything works, and led us through the whole way! Went to try a new poke place from our usual. My sister and I always get salmon, and was very disappointed because the quality was honestly pretty bad and did not seem fresh at all. The color was a bit gray and tasted literally like cardboard. We always get all salmon so unsure if other proteins are better quality. According to other reviews, the tuna is alright and seems like salmon is not good overall. The other ingredients were delicious and fresh, but the salmon ruined the entire thing.

Changed from a 2 star to a 1 star review. Went again since the other ingredients besides salmon are pretty good. I had a pleasant experience during the daytime, but the night shift seems to make mistakes. I ordered extra seaweed salad like I have before, they never charged me extra. Today, I asked for extra and right when I was paying for it they told me it was $3 more. Very surprised and wish they would have told me it would be so expensive before I got the extra seaweed. I also noticed the different servers give out different portioning sizes, wish it was more consistent each time. I don't recommend this place if you want good service.

This is by the worst poke spot I've been to yet. It seems I've ordered from here before, but I don't remember. But I'm guessing maybe that's because the food was probably better and looked like it was eatable. But this will be the time i order from here.. My food looks like it's been sitting around for a while. I got jalapeños and literally got 3 of them. If I didn't pay so much for it, I would throw it away! I'm not sure how this place has the good reviews that it does, because what i have just received is just disappointing. And for the person that wrote me back, to know that you think that food looks acceptable is crazy, I've never seen surimi look like that. It pretty much says you don't care. I was trying to be nice about it, but your response was an excuse, and trying not to accept that your food sucks. so here's my full complaint, and next time, just don't bother replying. The shrimp was gross and slimy. The fish had a disgusting aftertaste to it. It was a waste of money because it just ended up in the trash anyway.
