If I could give ZERO STARS, I absolutely would. I used to order from this location almost every week—used to being the key phrase because after today (2/8/25), I’m done for good.
Nine days ago, I ordered three pizzas, one of which was free through my rewards points. Not only did they get that pizza wrong, but they also sent me cinnamon twists instead of the parmesan bread twists I had actually ordered—with marinara sauce, no less. I meant to call, but as a full-time working parent of two little ones, it slipped my mind.
Tonight, I decided to give them another chance and ordered two pizzas because my 5-year-old wanted pizza. Right after placing my order, I called the Craig & Valley location to confirm they would get it right this time and mentioned the previous mistake, hoping they’d at least make up for it by sending the correct bread twists.
The employee I spoke with at 7:22 PM responded with, "Did you call when it happened?" When I said no, he dismissively replied, "Well, that was two weeks ago... actually, nine days ago." I reminded him that I’ve been a regular customer for a long time and asked if there was anything they could do to make it right. His response? "No."
I then asked for the manager—only for him to say that he was the manager. Really? That’s how you treat loyal customers?
Frustrated, I hung up, called back to cancel my order, and took my business elsewhere. His response? A smug "THAT’S FINE." Then he hung up.
To the actual management or corporate office—if this is how your so-called “manager” treats a long-time customer with one simple complaint, I can only imagine how he handles others. Congratulations, you’ve lost a loyal customer. I’ll gladly take my business anywhere but here.
