This was my second visit. The first time was great, so I was really looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, cashier Carlos Lopez completely ruined this experience.
When I arrived, Carlos glared at me for several minutes before finally asking for my name. I told him “Chaz.” Ten minutes later, he handed me the wrong order (a salad with dips instead of the chicken meal and burritos I ordered). When I politely told him it wasn’t mine, he insisted I said my name was “Char.” He then aggressively snatched the salad out of my hands and set it aside for the correct customer—after I had already touched it, which is a food safety issue.
From there, he refused to help me further and told his coworker to prepare my food, even stating my name was “Lenny.” This caused Armando to mistakenly prepare Lenny’s order and try to hand it to me. When I corrected him again, Armando gave Carlos a look as Carlos laughed. To make matters worse, Carlos went into the kitchen mocking and repeating my name in a disrespectful way.
Thankfully, Armando handled my actual order with professionalism and kindness, but Carlos’s behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

I have probably ordered from 5 different others and have never had an issue. First time they took 40 minutes for a 16 pice on drive through. Second, my food got stolen when I ordered from their app, so I drove to the restaurant and had to wait almost another hour from the drive-through because they forgot they sent me to the front to wait. They also managed to get the order wrong. The 3rd time I order pick up got there 10 minutes after they did not have my order ready. Had to wait 40 more minutes and still got my order wrong. While I was at the restaurant another couple also had their order wrong. While a 3rd one came in to cancel his order as well.....

The cashiers don't really seem like they want to help you. I came to grab my pick up order and there was an order at the counter, I tried to see if it was mines the cashier was no help. He told me to just grab it, I told him I didn't want to just touch the food just in case it wasn't mines. His response, "Oh well idk they're probably making it. I just got here so idm what's going on." He didn't choose to see if they were making my order or if it was done. He didn't help at all. They also forgot my sauce I requested online but gave me tons of utensils I didn't need. To say they're a new location I'd rather go to the location...
