Had an absolute horrible experience here! Save yourself a headache and go to Habit Grill down the road. I went to redeem my free birthday sandwich and grab lunch for my sick grandma and mom. Their app made it impossible to do so. The drive thru workers kept telling me to check my spam folder, which I did repeatedly even before they said anything. I asked if there was any other way to reconcile the situation and was told no. Then I requested to speak to a manager to see if they could do anything about it and the guy responds, brace yourself.. “My manager is standing right behind me and she’s going to tell you the same thing. And actually I’m a manager too.” Okay sure buddy.. that’s why you’re wearing a green T-shirt and she’s in a button down.. At this point I am upset and asked for the corporate complaint number. I was told they don’t have it on site. I asked again and they told me it was against their policy to give out the number. I was stern and said I want the number and they told me to Google it myself. At this point I said they needed to give me the number or I would sit there until they did. The guy closes the glass window while the second manager self identified as “Jackie” looked on her phone. Jackie said, as I could hear through the glass window, “With people like this I just..” I cut her off and asked, “Excuse me if you have something to say to me you can say it directly to me!” The guy opens the window and played dumb asking what I was talking about then he claimed they were talking about someone else. Again, sure buddy! I asked for the girl’s name and said good luck with your job and both employees proceeded to yell at me out of the window. I spoke to corporate and was informed “the employees would go through training so this isn’t an issue again.” Okay.. how does that help me or make up for the terrible experience I had? It doesn’t. Then I was told a third party runs their new app and that company insisted that they sent out the verification email that caused this whole ruckus in the first place. Nope! That company is an absolute joke! The third party company they’re paying sent me an email that did not arrive in my mailbox until 8.5 hours later!! No need to verify the account now, I’m never going back...
Read moreI came here for some breakfast, as I needed to stay nearby and kill some time. I thought that Farmer Boy's would be a great place for some breakfast.
Well, the first thing I noticed was a medium to large cockroach running around the floor. I stomped on it as quickly as I could, and then told a staff member.
After thinking about that experience, I decided to eat something that was cooked, and went for the breakfast burrito. They wouldn't allow me to trade the red meat choices for either turkey or chicken without charging me extra. So I just ordered it without meat.
Taste wise, the burrito was fine. The hash potatoes were a bit mushy. But overall, it was fine.
Was disappointed that they wouldn't freely substitute all the red meat options for poultry. Was also disappointed that they ask for $5.37 to change your order to a "combo". That's an inflation wake-up call!
I had so much better experiences with Farmer Boy's before. If it wasn't for the bug encounter, I'd give them 4 stars. Perhaps knocking off just one star is too generous?

Read moreThis place is amazing! The food is pretty good and everything we had was fresh and cooked on the spot. And bonus that the vanilla coldbrew is great! Cousin approves of the bacon and the pancakes and omelets are great. Everything was reasonably priced too for being in Vegas. The best about this restaurant though is the service! All employees were masked, wearing gloves, and sanitizing everything for customers' safety. We had amazing service and our waitress, Jocelyn, was so friendly and helpful! She did an amazing job helping us quickly and always with a smile. She was also very hardworking and always was quick to the draw when someone needed something. Corporate, you got a good employee :). The employees were also not pushy or annoyed when we needed something. Amazing service!! Overall, good food, great service, and the coffee is great!
