I am basing this off of my one experience I had today at Dutch bros. Their drive thru set up if jacked up. It’s for two cars to drive in at one time and merges into one. Well today I drove up with a white station wagon ahead of me and to cars that pulsed up after us and the Bogarted ahead of me and the white car that was here before. There are normally the Dutch Bros barista out side taking orders telling which cars to move up first on a first come first serve bases. This was not the case today ones one of the workers come out to take order, I patiently waited and asked him was his manager there so I could speak to him/her and he asked me why? So I go on to tell him exactly what happened and he said,” oh well we busy.” I almost flipped on his young self because that’s disrespectful to say to tell to a customer. I have years of experience as a customer service rep so I’m very careful how I talk to people in similar fields because it’s hard work dealing with people. The part that got me was that he said well when you get to the window you can talk to my supervisor and walked away from me without taking my order after I been waiting in line for 30minutes. I called him back and told him what do you think you are doing? I do need to place my order. He said,” well I thought you just wanted to complain so…” I go to say, do you think I would pull in a drive thru just to complain when I could of walked to the window? I pull up to the window and I spoke to the supervisor and she was a bit more friendlier but that dude needs to be talked to about his professionalism. I want to speak to a district manager about that situation because that was to disrespectful. I don’t want him to lose his job but that needs to be a learning lesson on...
Read more2025 update: I don't know what happened at this location. A lot of our favorite broistas have left this store. Maybe three broistas I see consistently. Last summer during Mangonada season, this location made them with minimum strawberry or tajin. I only realized when I ordered at a different store and it looked like the poster. A recent visit had my drink made with what seemed like the wrong flavors. Today's visit, I mobile ordered. Went to the window, a minute after the time shown on the app. Normally my drinks are ready. They hadn't even started my order, the broista read the wrong order and handed off a blue colored drink when I ordered a peach Rebel. It actually seems to be a problem with the walk up more. The only reason I come to this location is convenience. It's the closest store and we usually use the drive through. The store on Craig by Salad and Go has much friendlier Broistas and they even offer stickers without my having to ask on every single sticker day at the city hall store.
I love Dutch Bros so much!!! I'm here at the city hall location minimum of twice a week!! I love the choice of beverages, I have kicked my habit at that other...
Read more45 minutes to get my drink! No management present when I asked to speak to one. They refused to give me contact info for a District Manager or any of their names in the store for when I contact corporate. They ended up calling the police to have make me leave their property.
What a strange experience after having been to many Dutch Brothers in the PNW states and always having a great experience and never waiting more than 10 minutes for my orders. I've also been to 3 other locations across the Las Vegas Valley and had great experiences.
This location is obviously miss-managed and they absolutely shattered my expectations for how I view and experience their brand. I now see where Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Pete's and others deliver a superior customer experience and far more care for its customers.
Lastly, before the police came they told me they would fully refund my order due to the delays and they did...
