Brand new location, this was my 1st time well attempting to go inside. I drove 30 minutes to just get there as they closed, because the automated system that answers their phone calls tells you automatically the hours. which tells you "this location is open until 12am! " As does this locations Google Page. I then called to notify the store so others don't experience the same mistake and could hopefully avoid the same inconvenience that this caused me. Well, girl on the phone wasn't apologetic, didn't even seem to care or seem like she'll pass along this vital information so it can get fixed immediately ( I feel pretty vital) Instead she responded with "we've only been open for 2 days !" Like im in the wrong for the wrong information that their phone number is literally just offering to anyone who calls the store. I was just trying to help and make sure they were aware of this mistake, which they did not seem aware. I don't care if your open for 3 hours your giving the wrong business information which is very misleading and inconvenient, period. I'd love to say I'd be back to check out this brand new store, but wow what a horrible first impression. Not to mention the parking lot was covered in trash, everywhere. Guess we'll see if I make it back to check out their brand new store, if I can actually make it inside the store...
Read moreThe shopping experience was pretty smooth and my wife and I actually found some really good items but the checkout experience sucked. We stood in a long line with only 2 cashiers checking out several customers, register #2 was only available for customers using cards. The cashiers were knocking the line down pretty quick. I asked the gentleman who checked us out how was he doing and he responded “terrible, I haven’t had a day off since I started.” We encouraged him to keep pushing through and brighter days are ahead. As he continued to check us out, the unprofessional supervisor (piercings all over her face) says to him IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS, “you know that you guys are being timed and if you are moving to slow you will be terminated.” As a supervisor you should know to praise in public and correct in private. She really embarrassed the guy, of course he isn’t going to say anything because he needs his job but it showed all over his face. We made sure to be the voice and speak up for him! If this is who you guys chose to be a supervisor, you will have more negative reviews and your store won’t be successful in the future!!!...
Read moreI went to this location cuz it's only been open 2 months and it's right in my area I went there looking for a pair of jeans for work but instead I saw some other things that I like so I grabbed them and walked around the store with them the whole time I was in the store lost prevention followed me around every time I turned around lost prevention was following me with my boyfriend so I was uncomfortable and decided to leave but the items I bought I had I wanted to buy so I stood 20 minutes in line to buy $80 worth of things only to walk out and have eight police officers jump on me and throw me on the hood of their car why because loss prevention said I was stealing me and my boyfriend were stealing they found nothing on me because I did not steal I do not steal that was my first time ever going to that store and they had the nerve to say that they recognized me and the 86 me from the property that is the worst store ever I will never ever ever stop at Burlington and if I was any of you people I would never shop...
