Studio 6 North Las Vegas, NV — Hotel in North Las Vegas

The management has issues with being on site, as stated on the website as have a 24 hour front desk. Our cards were deactivated. It appears our room was entered. There is a camera that I hope will be reviewed. The curtain was opened when we specifically closed them. I literally ran back to the room to close the curtain before our Uber arrived. The manager showed up almost an hour after calling the number left on office window. Manager claims to be doing laundry at 3 am for the motel. The manager showed up with what appeared to be a male companion who was very rude. He talked to the woman like a child telling her to explain to use the physics or the cards near magnets or something along those lines. I asked him to explain. Once he finished informed him we had the card in a pocket in the provided sleeve and the other in a backpack in the provided sleeve. He claimed to work for the company but did not provide his name. He then called us privileged, I’m guessing because we are light skin and he was African American, for calling the number to get access to our room. After explaining it isn’t being privileged to want access to a room we have paid for he called me a Neanderthal. Which made zero sense. All we wanted was to go to the 24 hour office and get our key entry figured out. The lady was as polite as can be and I felt bad watching her argue with this “coworker” in the car at 3 am. I find it weird that co workers would be doing laundry for the motel at 3 in the morning. Their interaction didn’t seem to be very coworker friendly. Overall, worst place I have stayed at and the bill for 2 nights was over 400. I’d gladly pay an extra 400 to never stay at a location...

DO NOT STAY HERE!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! I came here hoping to get a good nights sleep while driving through Vegas. I made my reservation on line for $175...... When I pulled up the police were there. No one was at the front desk. The person in front of me finally went to go find someone. She came. While I was waiting in line I could tell I was in a scary and dangerous part of town. The hotel look very dirty and old. There were transients everywhere. I spoke with the cops while I was in line. They told me this was the number one place in all of Vegas where there are shootings and stabbings they said they came here nightly. I told them I had children with me. They said if I was going to stay there I should stay up and keep watch. I was terrified. I told the lady I wanted a refund and she gave me that. So I thank her for giving me a refund. I got in my car and drove the whole night back home to Colorado. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A NORMAL PERSON. The cops also informed me that it is $37 per night cash only to stay here. The city should shut this place dow!!!!!! It is terrifying and dangerous. I cried as I drove away mostly because I was so tired. I had driven away from Disneyland that evening and was looking forward to a good night of sleep. There were no other hotels available I got in the car and drove another 8 hours to Colorado. I was legit scared me and my kids were going to get kidnapped or killed while I was there. Places like this should be eliminated. Please do not stay here. This was the worst place I have ever been to. I was so scared for my life. They requested a $60 Cash deposit, have never heard of such a thing. Then after being so upset about the room not being cleaned when we got there, we told the cleaning lady we would go to dinner and be back in an hour, she said it would be ready. We came back, was really afraid to stay there, there were only two other customers cars. Then I found another motel to stay at near the strip, so I told the gild I wanted a refund of the room and my deposit. There were 4 people hanging outside by the office. when I told them I wanted a refund, the bigger woman told me was not getting my deposit back, because we was into a room that did not even have a key, was scared that we would get locked out, she said call this number, which took down, and she said she would open the door any time. This scared me, too, thought they would go in and steal my stuff. The girl who registered me down from a room upstairs, she showed my she had refunded mt money for the room, then very sneakily gave me my $60 as to not let the bigger woman know she had given me my $60 back. Worst place do not go there. I was really scared to stay there and then with all the, And to top it off the bigger woman lunged at me, and I told her I was going to call the police and she just laughed and said go ahead, they were all mocking me and my husband.
