What the heck happened linos?! My family used to eat here At this specific location at least on a monthly basis for minimum of 6 years now. I haven't Ordered any food Since december of 2022 due to personal reasons. I woke up today really craving the Fettuccine carbonara It has always been one of my favorite dishes. The Fettuccine always cooked perfectly the sauce is incredible and the pancetta Was definitely my favorite part. So I decide this afternoon. I'm gonna get me some food So I ordered to go and I go to pick it up, For some reason the hostess felt annoyed that I walked in Or at least that's the vibe I got And my food was already to go. She just had a hand it to me It just seemed like that annoyed her And it could be she was doing something in the back So her attitude could have not been towards me just bad timing, Which I understand, But the inside definitely looked a lot more run down than it used to But I didn't think anything of it Honestly, if a place is a little run down inside, But the food is amazing then I don't really care because I I assume they're putting their money into their food then their place. So I get home and the moment I opened my pasta I can clearly see that they cut corners. The alfredo sauce was very watery And barely stuck to the pasta. When I took a bite It tasted like water down ragu alfredo sauce My pasta Noodles were either really hard or super mushy no in between and sadly the pancetta Tasted like that Giant value pack of deli meat ham that you get at Sam's club. Now the ham for a sandwich isn't that bad It's just It sucks because the food used to be amazing. And I used to think it was well worth my money. But this time it doesn't feel that way I paid over 20$ for Watered down ragu. I understand things are more expensive nowadays and times are hard but I rather them take certain foods off the menu and...
Read moreTook my family here for the first time tonight. We normally like to try new places, I should have checked the reviews before we decided to eat here. I have a big family, we are 8 deep. When we first walked in, the dinning area is small, and it was empty, (on a Friday) we weren't greeted, we sat ourselves, the waiter comes and starts taking the drink orders, as I walk out of the restroom, the waiter asks me what I would like to drink as he points to a line of canned sodas on the register counter. I choose my soda and he brings me a glass with ice over to the table. We then choose our food and we order, my husband can't have the robust pizza sauce, so we asked if there was an Alfredo option, and the waiter calls to the woman standing at the register and asks her to come over to the table, she then shouts well what is the issue, and as he begins to ask her about the Alfredo substitute for sauce she very quick and shortly snaps NO,(rude) before he could even finish the question, she then attempts to explain how the Alfredo sauce gets all over the screens when the pizza is cooking, so they just don't allow sauce substitutions, which means now my husband can't eat pizza and has to order something else off the menu, so our food comes out and everything looks great, we start eating and the food is delicious except my daughter's chicken Caesar Salad, she said the chicken tasted sour, and very weird, and my son had the chicken wings with fries and also had said that his chicken tasted very weird and sour. (Which sounds to me they don't know how to store chicken to be preserved when not in use). Lastly, they don't have a small kids (toddler) menu, or dishes. Over all the place is great, the biggest complaint I have is the customer service in how they address customers and of course my concern for the chicken sourness. I hope they really get...
Read moreIt’s a shame to rate them one star, as good as their pizza is. However, their customer service is horrendous, and I don’t care how good your food is, service still means something. I ordered a large pizza and an order of wings with fries online. In the memo line, I requested the wings dry and sauce on the side. Very basic order. The food was delivered on time and hot as always, however there was no hot sauce for the wings, just ranch. I honestly was ok with that, as accidents do happen. When I called the restaurant however, a lady answered and “helped” me with my order. I explained the issue, and their resolution was to credit me or have a driver bring the sauce. I said I didn’t want to wait for a driver as the wings will be cold, so a credit of the order of wings would be fine back to my card. She rudely replied no they wouldn’t credit the wing order, she’d have to ask how much. I asked her if she was serious in me honestly thinking they were just going to credit me for the sauce part of the order, which is what, .50 at best for bulk wing sauce? So their solution was for me to wait for their next available driver to bring the sauce. This wasn’t even an issue, as I said, mistakes happen and I was cool it if they brought back the sauce. However, because of her horrible attitude and incompetence at handling the simplest of customer service calls, I don’t want a credit because I won’t order here again. If I was the owner or manager, I would of brought the sauce myself, instead of “you’ll have to wait for the next available driver”. This restaurant will be just fine without my business, I just think it’s a shame they could botch such a simple solution. Oh well, the pizza was excellent tonight as...
