UPDATE October 23, 2024 Today was the 1st time I ever ordered deep pan pizza with steak and extra cheese. The crust was pretty well-done. I was a little disappointed because the crust is my favorite part of pizza. I cut off the crust. I then ate the pizza which was tasty and cheesy .
February 3rd UPDATE Had Marcos today and it was delicious. What a difference from my last time. I'm happy that my pizza came the way it's supposed to be. Not disappointed today.😋😋
This is the only place we order pizza from. I was disappointed with my pizza I ordered on Friday, December 8th. It was the worst pizza we have ever gotten from them. My mom said it didn't taste fleshly made. I ordered extra cheese. There wasn't hardly any cheese on it. The cheese that was on it was overcooked. My boys ate their slices, because they liked it. Usually on a Friday the pizza is fantastic. Ooey gooey, dripping with cheese and the garlic flavor on the crust is always present. My mom likes everything, but for her to say she had frozen pizza that tasted better says a lot.
My family loves their pizza. I was a little disappointed today, though. I've never ordered on a Wednesday before. It's usually on a Thursday and Friday. On those days, the pizza is so oily, and my double cheese is so goohy. But today, the pizza wasn't at its best. I frequently order Marco's pizza and am well-acquainted with its usual quality and taste. Today, I ordered a large meat lovers pizza from my usual location on Centennial and Commerce in North Las Vegas. I was informed that the delivery would take 25 to 30 minutes. While it arrived almost an hour later, that is not my primary concern. My pizza was not hot and appeared to have been reheated; it simply looked old. I had ordered extra cheese, but when I took a slice, there was no noticeable cheese pull, and the cheese was barely visible—it did not seem like double cheese. The pizza box was also excessively greasy. I contacted the store manager, Kyle, to express my dissatisfaction. I explained the situation, and he asked me to take pictures and send them to him. I complied, but he responded that the pizza was fine, despite apparently not seeing the same pizza I had just consumed. Read moreThis is the SECOND time I have been told my delivery order must be changed to pick up because of staffing issues. I placed an order for me & my Great Grandma online for delivery (which the site stated still open for delivery now) at 9:24p (PST) with store:7410 which stated my ETD was at 10:08p. I received a call from an employee of store: 7410 at 9:42p stating "they are short staff, really busy and did not have enough drivers to deliver my order and could I come and pick it up" I replied I don't drive hence why I requested delivery. If, I could drive I would not have requested delivery. He claims he's placing me on hold to go talk to his manager and see what can be done. He returns to state nothing can be done and if I want the pizza I would have to come and get it. I told him that's not an option and then he said he was cancelling my order. I confirmed the cancellation and then hung up on him and contacted my regular store: 7418 where I am a regular and have NEVER had any problems since I started ordering from them in 2020 and was told what happened to me is not Marcos Pizza policy and advised me to call in the morning to speak with a General Manager of that store.
