I wish I could do zero stars. My husband and I were trying to order in tonight and called this location because itâs the closest one to us. Both the app and the website would not work, popping up errors before letting us place our order so we decided to call. We were told that this location couldnât put a order in for us and they would reroute our call to a location that could. That location also said they couldnât take our delivery order. We hung up and called another location close to us, keep in mind we have 4-5 pizza huts all around us that are less than 10 minutes away. The location we called was the one on Commerce who was over the top nicer to us. The lady we spoke with was apologetic about the situation but explained that their system would not let her place the order for delivery because it said the tropical one was closest which I completely understand that itâs out of her control. She mentioned that it would be her first time rerouting a call and asked us to be patient. Unfortunately we got disconnected which was also not her fault.
Since we knew that no matter who we could called, this location was the only one who could order delivery from, my husband called them again. The same person who he initially spoke with the first time answered and we explained that this is the only location we could place an order at and he proceeded to say âone secâ and placed us on hold for 15 minutes before we hung up.
At this point is has been more than 45 minutes of us just trying to order pizza so my husband called again to speak with the manager. We no longer had any wish to order, we just wanted to get an explanation on this situation that shouldnât have even happened. This time someone else answered and when told we wanted to speak to a manager, put us on hold for another 15 minutes before we gave up and hung up again.

At 1200 I got another notification saying my order was on the way and it would be only 10 minutes. At 1230 there was still no delivery. I called NUMEROUS times and everytime I tried to contact the store, no one would answer and it would be disconnected. I was able to reach the "takeout/delivery line" who had no updates for my delivery and could not connect me to someone at the store because no one was answering the phone. At 1330 when I got off work I went over to the store and requested a refund and wanted to cancel my order completely. I was told my order was never delivered because they currently do not have any drivers and once the order is placed, it gets sent to Door dash for delivery. Not one notification, email, text, call, etc from pizza hut OR door dash saying my order would be delivered by door dash. I requested a refund and was told I needed to contact door dash (even though I paid through pizzahut.com and never knew anything about door dash until I showed up at the store at 1330) in order to receive a refund because they are the ones who would be delivering my order. I contacted door dash and gave them my phone number, email, name, order number (from the pizza hut email I received when I placed the order) and they could not find my order at all or anything from pizza hut saying I placed the order and they would be the drivers.    Read moreIf i could give no stars I would, my family has been ordering from pizza hut since I was a kid, and never have we been sent burned pizza or had an issue that they did not resolve quickly smh, I called back that night to try to get someone and kept repeatedly being placed on hold with no one getting on the phone, after an hour and 45 minutes my kids where hungry so we just ate what we could smh, i called back the next day and spoke with Isabelle who said that herself and her boss would be in at 5 p.m the next day to take care of the issue and that they would call me, they never did so i call back only to get placed on hold for 10 minutes then called back and got placed on hold for 30 minutes it was then that i decided to go in, so when i get there not only is isabelles boss not there, Isabelle is actually off that day so she flat out lied to me! So I wasn't at all surprised to see another customer come in while I was there with complaints as well, then I get told that their district manager said that I had to show them the burned pizza or they couldn't fix the issue smh, I'm sure that Isabelle had a great version of what happened being that she's a liar! like never again! this place makes pizza hut look like a straight joke and is definitely not about keeping their customers happy or taking responsibility for their actions, wake up because people don't have $60.00 to waist nor should their kids have to eat burned food period!!!
