This was one of thee absolute best places we've ordered from in general, let alone Mexican food. The 1st time we ate from here, both me and my husband had the steak fries. Looked just like the picture, tasted equally as delicious! Then last night I had the steak salad and my husband had the steak nachos, everything was delicious again. And there was kind service with a smile for both. All of you at this Rivas are doing everything right from our experience. You definitely have 2 new, continued customers on your hands now! Thank you all for great food and service!

I use to love this place, however it seems as it has gone downhill over the past year. I ordered a chicken breakfast burrito. The chicken had good flavor however the burrito was extremely dry. I sat at a table to wait on my order, and the table was not clean at all. The floor was dirty as well ( definitely in need of a good sweep and mop).

I don't get the bad reviews. Everyone has an off day every now and then. If you're polite, they're polite and will fix any problems if they're able. It's a small place, so you're not going to have a Gordon Ramsay experience, but it's still a nice little place. I agree with the other poster, their menudo is the best that I've ever had, and they have it every day... not like most other places that make a tiny amount over the weekend that always runs out before you can turn off your alarm clock. Tried a quesadilla today. It was heaven. If you get fries with stuff piled on them, there's no way to keep them crispy. Heck, most places can't deliver a good, crispy fry. The steam in the container takes care of that in no time. Not the fault of...

Just got steak fries, my daughter got something with pork, delivered Saturday Sept 16 2023...fries were mushy and Under cooked..was disgusting! Get a new cook if he can't even cook fries right! No Bueno! My daughters pork was not cooked either she was sick all night. DONT EAT HERE THESE COOKS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! THESE COOKS WILL PUT YOU IN HOSPITAL! When I called about it they really didn't care...they asked...what do you want me to do about it. Well duh...fire the cook and hire someone competent before he she , they, them or whatever they are kill someone with Under...
