Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Ordered delivery from their website. food did not arrive for 30 minutes past the time it was ready. Called the store, language barrier made it hard to communicate. Went to the store, the counter lady said it was for pick up, i asked why I had been charged a delivery fee and a driver a tip if the order was to pick up. again, language barrier. I understood what they said, they seemed to have a hard time understanding me. so much discussion and work to get the refund they said I had to go to door dash for. Door dash couldn't help me because I didn't use the app. This whole experience was bad. Oh, i wanted a refund because the food we ordered had been sitting on a cold counter for half an hour. soggy Rolled tacos and cold carne asada didn't sound appealing for the wife and I. to end this disappointing saga, when I got home after buying food elsewhere, I logging into the credit card website to fight the charge and found it had been refunded. I asked Roberto's to just remake the food, but got declined. I was looking forward to having carne asada from them tonight. I will be surprised if I every do business with them again. I love their food and choices of what they serve. I had the hibiscus tea once and it was really delicious. They have a nice side bar where you can add some extras for your food flavoring. It is always clean establishment when I go in there, and their staff is always professional and kind. Their food dishes are consistent in quality and flavor! Their wet burritos are awesome! We love their chicken chimichunga plate and also the beef tacos and rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole. I never have to wait more than usual for the food after I order. Please make sure you’re checking the prices for what they ring you up for on the tablet in front of you before you pay. 5 times now I had to point out that when I made something “a combo with rice and beans” that didn’t come with rice n beans, they charged an entire 10 dollars and some cents when clearly on the menu above it says “make it a combo with rice n beans for 3.45!” And they’ve changed it every time after I pointed it out.
