The Human Bean — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Would not recommend to anyone Let me preface by saying that I have been drinking coffee for about 10 years now, on an almost daily basis, and I have never complained about the flavor of coffee, until this place. I ordered from here once a few months ago -- I got a hot black coffee and a "fruit" smoothie. The coffee was awful, and the "smoothie" was the most syrupy garbage I've ever had. It was really bad. And I love smoothies, too. I would not call that a smoothie by any means. Well, I chalked it up to maybe a bad day or a bad batch or something and didn't say anything. I ordered from here again yesterday -- a simple hot black coffee with nothing else in it, and I bought a bag of their whole coffee beans to roast at home. The coffee tasted burnt and awful. That's 2 times now from the same place that I've tasted the only coffee that I would seem "bad." Months apart, I figure, not a coincidence. Well, today I opened up their bag of coffee beans to make my own coffee.. they smell awful. They smell like burnt garbage, fresh out of the bag. I decided to make a hot cup anyway, and yep, it was equally as awful. Again, I have never once complained about coffee or coffee beans except for these now 3 cups. I love the smell of coffee, all types of coffee beans, and always drink it just black. I've had coffee from probably thousands of coffee shops and restaurants over the years, and never ran across a "bad cup of coffee." I've never understood what people meant by a "bad cup of coffee" but now I do, thanks to the human bean. Would not recommend coffee or smoothies...

I love the human bean! Moved out here back in 2016 and got introduced to this coffee very delicious until about a year of living here it begin to get very watered down every time I was like they were having a off day but nope the more the staff changed the more I realized these new employees did not know how to make the drinks. To make a long story short, about a couple of weeks ago my sister said she tried them out again it was back to normal. So my husband and I went today this morning and yes a success!!!! It is back to normal can't wait to come back tomorrow ☺️❤️👍 Very convenient location, delicious, better than Starbucks, and easy on my debt card versus Starbucks lol great job new...

I really should be writing two reviews because this coffee shop has been nothing but wonderful to me. probably two months ago I had come by and had to ask them to remake a drink that I got at the Henderson location. Cole was kind, courteous, even offered suggestions and remade my drink.

Every morning before school I take my sister to the Henderson location. we get our coffee or chai and New York bagel sandwiches but this morning I did not get one for myself. That was my mistake.

Today I had stopped by the north location, hoping to get a breakfast sandwich. To my surprise the human bean locations have different items available, for example North has macadamia nut milk but no breakfast. With two new locations opening, I hope north gets their sandwiches.

Otherwise Cole and Taleah service is stellar, always exceptional. They’re awesome...
