Sharetea — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Before I write this review, just know that I gave this place a chance, I was excited to learn an establishment for Boba was conveniently opened near my home.

The customer service, I give them an eh. The employees seem nice however, they choose who to greet and who not to greet, I was the lucky one of not being greeted. I was the first one in the store, no one seemed to care that I was there, and no one asked me if they could assist me, moments after I walked into the store with no greeting four other patrons arrived at different times and each one greeted with a warm welcome. I am a little older and I guess that’s just how things are done now.

The menu selection has many options to choose from, just not the options I usually select, I hope that one day this establishment adds all the flavors to their menu but given that they were established in 1992 I do not foresee this happening anytime soon. I am very picky, and I usually only get two flavors technically three if you count mixing two flavors together. I like to do half taro and half Coconut, or I get Honey Dew, the store does not have Honey Dew or Coconut...

I don’t believe the establishment offers size options, I wanted a medium sized drink, and I was told that there was only one size.

I automatically assumed that my beverage would come with the Boba pearls given this is an establishment for Boba, but it didn't and I wasn't asked if I would like to add Boba to my drink. Boba is the main reason I purchased the beverage. When I discovered there was no Boba in my drink, I decided to try it anyways. To no surprise the beverage was not up to standard.

I would not refer this establishment to my friends, because they are like me, and we grew up with places that serve Boba Drink and this isn’t the Boba I remember...

Upon entering was quickly greeted. There was a small line forming. Of course this is to be expected as it is brand new, and there is a major staff shortage in the valley.

Was asked if we had any questions. I did honestly. I was intrigued by the Strawberry Ice Blend - as I def wanted ice cream. However I didnt know I wanted it until I saw it. Dont judge. Also opted for the Mango Passionfruit tea. Everything was very well put together.

Interior is not meant for dine in. You order, and wait at the end of the counter for your drinks to be made. There is a sign stating this fact too. I guess people may have been in a hurry and grabbing orders that dont belong to them. Everything was very clean. Music was playing in the background.

I love share tea and their drinks, I've been to both locations and really like their taro milk tea with pudding. I’m only putting a two star review because of a recent experience.

Girl at the register was nice but one of the other girls that came to the front rolled her eyes when my sister asked for a drink reccomendations that include strawberry. She had thin round glasses and blonde or light brown highlights. My sister asked if it had no sugar since she’s diabetic so she can’t have too much sugar, and she told us it doesn’t have sugar. Which is okay with me but she said it with attitude.

The drink was good my only complaint is the customer service form that one girl, I usually don’t complain about customer service since I know how it is working in the food industry. But I don’t excuse rude behavior when the store was empty and we were the only customers in at time during the...
