I truly hope on the day that you find yourself needing someone you don't know to be truly compassionate and understanding and helpful that they actually help you in your time of need instead of being cold and heartless like you were to me tonight
You, your managers and the company you work for should be embarrassed by your severe lack of compassion and professionalism!
Wednesday, July 27, around 6:30 pm while sitting in bay number 11 waiting for my order, my car overheated. Unfortunately the cap on my radiator blew which ended up burning my hand and arm and also the side of my face along with getting antifreeze in my eye.
While I understand and respect the fact that you do not have a public restroom for use, my situation was an emergency and you could have very easily allowed for me to have used the restroom to rinse out my eye as well as the antifreeze off my face, hands and arm.
It doesn't take much to be a kind human being. You could have set your job function aside and as a normal human being and asked if I was OK or if you need to call anyone to help me me. Instead you just laughed when I asked to speak with the manager after begging you to allow me to use the restroom and even brushed off my request for a cup of water.
I hope you remember me for the rest of your life and are taught to do and be better towards others.
I hope you and your mother and your sisters and any other female family members you have don't ever get treated the way that you treated me tonight!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreTERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, the management is garbage even worse then the staff, I went in today at around 9:30 I was greeted by Aldo at the speaker box the so called "manager " he's the big Hispanic looking dude with gauges (I'm describing him just in case he gave me a fake name) I don't doubt he did give me one, he had an attitude trying to rush my order and it was only two things ! I pull up to the window when I was greeted by his terrible staff, she does not say a word to me!! Me trying to help them out and move quick I have my card ready so she opens her little window and takes my card doesn't even tell me the total but she closes the window and charges my card, I have to ask and once she gives it back( still hasn't talked to me) tells me the total and I have to ask for the receipt, I grab my receipt and she EXPLODES out of no where saying I snatched it and THREATENED to throw MY drinks I payed for and slams her window shut, then our Super awesome manager ( sarcasm ) comes out and apologizes I ask for her name he REFUSES to give me her name and gives me his PLEADING not to leave any reviews and INSISTS he talks to her and to just take my drinks and leave it be, I don't know what management this is but it needs to be looked at my corporate or it's franchise owner because it SUCKS ! Tonight just finally broke my resolve. My friend and I each ordered a blast: one medium Oreo blast and a small cookie dough blast. When we arrived, there were 5 cars in the drive-thru, so we parked instead thinking that might be faster. It was actually slower, but that wasn't a huge concern since we weren't in a rush. But the quality of what we received is unacceptable. You can see in the photo that the blasts were not filled completely and there was not enough toppings (especially on the cookie dough blast). The toppings were not mixed throughout like they are at other locations. $9.40 is too much to spend on what is essentially soft-serve vanilla in a cup with a tablespoon of toppings. By the time they were delivered, they were already in this melted state. It's hard to say if this is just employees not doing their job or if it's management focusing more on their bottom line than providing quality food (because maybe management has ordered employees to do this since it has happened repeatedly).
