Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Lauderdale

I called to place an order for delivery. After giving my delivery information i was asked to hold for just a moment which was fine but i actually ended being put on hold for 11 mins and then finally after being on hold for 11 mins the lady picks back up saying sorry for the wait and then just hangs up on me. I called back immediately, now currently really annoyed after having to wait so long and being hung up on and its the same lady and she asks me for the same delivery information which i just gave to her and after giving my information all over AGAIN, she says that they're no longer doing delivery and only doing carryout and i would have to come and pick it up. I hung up immediately and just ordered from Papa Johns instead with no problems what so ever. I realize this store has gotten some bad reviews due to delivery service however I did a pick up not only were they timely but this is one of the few pizza locations I have visited where the employees actually take the time to wash there hands before handing my food. Right before placing an order here I went to Papa John’s less than 2 miles away on McNab where I witnessed the employee take the cash payment from the customer I. Front of me and then immediately picked up the dough to start making pizza I actually told her I was still deciding to see if she was gonna wash her hands some ended up walking out and went to Dominoes and was not disappointed I hope all of the employees are as conscious as the young man who took...

Today we order (1) carbonara pasta and 1 chiken bacon ranch sub in this store. the order was placed at 1:05pm, supposedly the orders came out of the oven at 1:15, and go to quality control at 1:16... the order left quality control at 1:48pm, 30 minutes after, I thought the order must be perfect, I was wrong. the order is cold, really cold, the portion was poor, very very poor and wrong we receive pasta primavera instead pasta carbonara, I don't want to tell you about the sandwich, what a mess. The order took almost 1 hour (only 5 minutes less to complete 1 hour) to received this crap, and the "insurance" offer a free pizza or 20% off in my next order, really do you think that we will order again...
