It is a rare that I get good service here when I am doing dvd or blu ray trade ins. This is an actual media store and the decent or terrible service I got recently almost feels like I am trading in media donations at any thrift store. I tried to trade in 20 dvd's and no matter where you originally bought a dvd factory sealed never opened, I was only offered 75 cents or $1 for each dvd. The option of store credit which is ok or if you want cash back rather than store credit, they would only offer me less than $19. I did well twice on dvd trade ins but now a days, I don't get the actual cash back or good store credit that I deserved. Great shop for what is offered. I went for records but they definitely have a huge selection of CDs, DVDs, and Video Games. Definitely stop in the store if you're trying to find any specific titles - there's a good chance you may come across what you want or something else instead. For records, definitely the best selection of used metal in the area, and they have a varied rock selection, too. Staff is very friendly and the store has a great selection of movies and cds and vinyl records. Only negative id say is they only pay about 35% current value for used video games.
