It is a rare that I get good service here when I am doing dvd or blu ray trade ins. This is an actual media store and the decent or terrible service I got recently almost feels like I am trading in media donations at any thrift store. I tried to trade in 20 dvd's and no matter where you originally bought a dvd factory sealed never opened, I was only offered 75 cents or $1 for each dvd. The option of store credit which is ok or if you want cash back rather than store credit, they would only offer me less than $19. I did well twice on dvd trade ins but now a days, I don't get the actual cash back or good store credit that I deserved. If there are any used or factory sealed dvd's you are unable to trade in here, then you are better off trading in your unneeded dvd's to Richie's buy, sell and thrift which is located on 629 Cumberland St. If you are buying media or music here rather than doing any trade ins then that is a...
