My experience here at this McDonald's or should I say experiences are probably the worst anybody has experienced there the employees are very talkative with each other and very lazy I'm not sure which one outweighs the other I sat there for 15 minutes listening to two girls talking that we're supposed to be working there was nobody else in there but me ordering and nobody helped me. I kept standing there for another 5 minutes or so after standing there for 15 minutes one of the girls Walks Behind the Counter and starts ringing up the other girl so that's when I figured I would be helped next . right when she was done helping out her friend she closed her register and walked to the front of the counter I wish I remembered her name so you guys could fire her immediately but I don't remember her name unfortunately when I turned around and walked out extremely pissed she said some smart comment to me it's like they don't even want business at all and when I do get food there the cheese is disgusting hard and could probably be used as a thin piece of concrete for something it is literally hands down the worst McDonald's I have ever set foot in. their food is disgusting, their employees are disgusting and everything about that effing store is defined by disgusting. if you love McDonald's which would already be a mistake on your part do not go there everything is a f** issue and the employees are very unhelpful and don't even like that you're inside their store I would advise you to lose your two star rating and drop off the face...
Read moreUp until a couple of days ago I had only ever ordered through the drive thru. Had I ever gone inside prior to that point I never would have come back. The food is decent. It's comparable to other McDonalds. The staff is generally friendly. The wait times are often hit and miss. More often than not you'll end up waiting longer than you should be. With all of that said, after having been inside, I don't think I will ever come back to this particular store. I was actually going through the drive thru but was asked to pull into one of the spots to wait for my order. While waiting I ran inside to use the restroom. Afterwards, I waited by the register for my food to save staff having to run my food out to my car. While waiting, anywhere and everywhere you looked was filthy. I'd just been in the restroom and I feel the bathroom was cleaner than the main eating/ordering area. Every surface was caked in dust, grime, questionable fluids behind the machines, hoses filled with what looked like mold and trash strewn about. The more I looked around the less hungry I became. There wasn't a clean surface you could see. To think that those areas were all in view of customers made me wonder just how dirty things were where customers can't see. This wasn't just a layer of dust you could blow off quickly but a caked on layer of dust and grime on every surface you'd need to scrub...
Read moreMy family of 6 stopped in to this location on the way home from a weekend stay at Sugar Bottom. We were tired and wet from the rain and looking to grab coffee and breakfast on the go. We communicated with 3 people who provided exceptional service. The first was a young African American girl who took our order and then took our payment at the first window. We were a little indecisive because of the bunch of small kids in the back picking and choosing what they wanted for breakfast. The girl was patient and had a smile as we went from ordering 2 Mcmuffins, to 4, to 6 and then finally ended with 8. We then went up the the second window and found a nicely dressed man and a blonde haired woman, both with genuine smiles and energetic attitudes. They identified our coffees to us individual sugar and creamer choices and then were quick to get our sandwiches out to use. When I asked for a water, they were smiley and fun instead of irritated with us. We don't visit McDonald's too often, unless we're in a crunch, but it's not often that we don't find the same dull attitudes and blank stares of window workers. It was a pleasant surprise to come in contact with such a different type of service on such a dreary,...
