Arby's — Restaurant in North Little Rock

A couple of days ago, my family and I were at the Arby's in front of the Walmart in North Little Rock. To start off, when I opened the door for my elderly parents, there was this awful odor. When I walked in and looked to the left I found the source of the order (see photos).

Now lets get to the food. My food was cold and I mean really cold. I went back up the counter and spoke with the manager. I told that my french dip sandwich and curly fries were cold. She was nice enough to replace them.

Now let talk about the restaurant. I understand that people are having tough times and its causing a lot of people to be homeless. But there again if you are running a business a like restaurant. You're customers you come first. With that said, the one of the two homeless men in the picture smelled really bad. The smell was so bad that another customer told one of the workers who bought their food to the table. Nothing was done.

I went to the Arby's on McCain and ordered potato cakes. They were refried and full of nasty grease. I took them back and I'll was given more of the same. It was like they cooked them ahead of time and them reheated by frying them some more when they were ordered. The grease they were fried in was in bad need of changing so that made matters worse. When I took the second order of the potato cakes back, the woman looked at me like I was crazy, didn't even offer to replace them with something else or give me my money back. She just stood there looking at me like what do you want me to do about it. I've been a customer if Arby's all over the United States and normally love their food but I'll NEVER give them another dime of my money. I didn't get anymore potato cakes, my money back or anything else. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people. To top it all off, I couldn't even call to complain to the corporate office because the woman kept my receipt and the only number I found was one to call and...

Worst service ever !!! Ordered 2 beef and cheddar, two curly fries and Jalapeño bites was told there is a wait would that be okay ?! Of course I said okay , was asked to pull around to the front of the store waited 20 minutes the cars that pulled up to the front after me left before I did …. So I decided to go back thru the drive thru and see what was taking so long and was told by the cashier that the people in the back doesn’t listen to him !!! So he apologized and asked them to remake my order . I could hear the guy in the driveway thru tell the ones in the back,that this was the car I was telling you about …. So since we were told when ordering the fries would be a wait time and we waited so long I asked if our fries were going to be fresh (he says yes) and of course you can tell the grease is very old and the fries had been sitting under the warming lamp . $22 down the drain . This place needs new management and the teenagers gotta go !!! Run as fast as you can from this...
