I went to check my emails today and just so happen my geek squad was running out on my computer or had ran out as of the ninth.I find it hard to believe that all they do is send a couple of emails to let you know after two years receive nothing in the mail no phone call and had been on the phone with them for the past two weeks over fraud on my account. But they say there’s nothing we can do sorry we can offer you this plan doesn’t cover any of your hardware and you have to pay for everything. Thanks so much Best Buy and your wonderful Geek squad. Why is it that every big company is such a scam from Best Buy to Walmart putting all the small businesses out. The list goes on and on when is our country going to wake up and tell these big companies to screw off. We let them do whatever they want charge whatever they want get away with whatever they want. It’s all good though they are so dumb I spent 10 grand in the past two years updating my liquor store.And over $200 renewal on a computer service they’ll never see another dime from me. Oh yeah and the other computer I have that is under warranty they will be fixing that son of a b every week. It’s always going to have a problem every time I get it back sorry you didn’t fix it...
Read moreI typically will not write a bad review. This time I am!!!!! We purchased a geek squad program with antivirus,tech support. My problem is with the management @ geek squad. The lady was tacky rude and unprofessional!! She not only yelled at me and hung up, but called me back after she did!!!!! Spoke with Tom the store manager and still have yet to receive a follow up call from anyone!!!! Of course there are more details to what occurred, however to put all that on here, was too much. So, I will never recommend this store or its services to ANYONE !!!!! I just hope that they take it seriously, because I am calling the corporate number to best buy and geek squad. Read moreWell i went into best buy to use my warranty on my phone because it was no longer working. When i tried to claim my warranty, a geek squad agent claims i haven't been paying my warranty bill since april. I don't understand how that is possible since they automatically take the money out of my account. They claimed they informed me the via email and mailed me a letter claiming my payments weren't going through but didn't receive any of it. If you would actually take the time to CALL your clients when there is billing issues and actually care about customer service this would have never happened. I am never using Geek...
