Go here! One thing I feel terrible about is taking so long to write this review because honestly we were treated great at Mattress Firm Little Rock! Went in after having some back pain and realizing that my last mattress was failing me We went the online route for our last mattress as it seems that’s kind of where the industry is headed but for many reasons, that just didn’t work out for us, so back to the drawing board. My husband and I walked in and were greeted by Matthew Edwards. We’ve renamed him “Matt, The Mattress Man”, because we’ll, he’s the man! He immediately asked what our needs were, and went into extensive detail about the issues that potentially caused our last mattress failure. I have to say, he was right. He then went on to entertain mine and my husbands questions about the mattress we walked in inquiring about. A higher end mattress, but it just wasn’t going to give us what we needed. First instinct is always you get what you pay for, so you think the more you pay, the better mattress. Not necessarily true as Matt proved to us firsthand. This is where it gets good. From a sellers perspective he just needed to sell a mattress. But what we liked most about Matt, was that we truly felt like he was shopping for the best mattress for our family’s needs along with us. He wasn’t trying to sell me a product. Matt wanted us to have what felt right for our home, my health needs, and our budget! We didn’t feel pressured at all. And if I’m being honest that was the reason I didn’t want to go to a mattress store in the first place. After narrowing down our preferences, Matt showed us a couple mattresses that we would physically lie on to test out. We laid here and there and decided on a mattress for which he gave us time to do without being intrusive or pushy and once we chose, he then told us his “good, better, best” choices for mattresses in our preference category (firmness/budget). I liked that he did this last, as he is the expert right? But by doing this last it gave me an opportunity to gauge what I liked without feeling swayed one way or another. We are a military family, so Matt was also kind enough ensure to maximize as much of the military discount and sales discounts as he could. When it was all said and done, we walked out feeling accomplished and excited for our new mattress to arrive and not taken advantage of for a sale. We are new to the area and were apprehensive about where to purchase a new mattress that wouldn’t break the bank and our spirit in the process. This location was amazing and Matt is your guy!

After about a month: We still feel exactly the same as posted above. These guys did a great job. We actually ended up having an issue with some cooling sheets as the wrong color was sent to us, but we walked in and these guys took care of it and called and notified us when our order was corrected. My husband and I visited Mattress firm twice on July 12, 2021. We were the first customer for the morning. Our sale associate greeted at the door, and explained how to select a mattress that was right for us. I was looking for a long term investment in comfort and quality at a price point that matched our budget. Our experience was excellent. After several days of looking around all day on all day on the 12th., we return to purchase. I would have given them 5 stars, but there was still only one associate when we returned to make our purchase. While checking us out he stopped to assist another customer who was purchasing two sets, and we had to wait. He was courteous and I understand not wanting to drive a potential customer away, but my husband was ready to leave because he felt it was rude to leave us over 15 minutes. Another customer came in while we were in process of arranging our delivery and he paused to answer their questions as well.

WHY DIDN'T we shop for our last mattress AT A MATTRESS STORE??!! (Previously we bought a disgustingly expensive one from a furniture store and it ended up not working well for us). So glad we purchased from MATTRESS FIRM this time and our sales rep didn't try to foist a product upon us that didn't work like the furniture store did!

Our Rep Brandi, was FANTASTIC! Highly knowledgeable amid our myriad questions and after just a little input from us, had several for us to try and we quickly settled on a winner! She had just the right input without being pushy, and clearly knew her product through and through! Also gave us considerations in our phase of life with our little one and helped steer us away from a more expensive, individual, 2-mattress setup which totally shows that she had our best interests (and cost) in mind. AND she helped us with our 9-month-old while we tried out beds--she's AWESOME!!
