Today, 8-7-17, we entered Burger King on McCain in NLR. It was freezing! (I know they're trying to keep the kitchen workers cool, but aren't they there to serve the needs of the customers, first?) We decided to go through the drive-thru so we could take our food to a comfortable place to eat. We ordered 1 WhopperJr. meal with no onion, no cheese, and unsweet iced tea. Then we ordered 1 Whopper meal with extra onion, no cheese, and a Dr. Pepper. After placing the orders, the girl asked twice more if we wanted cheese. She asked again what kind of drinks we wanted. Then she asked again which burger needed extra onion. (Obviously, they girl needs training in how to LISTEN.) When we picked up the order, the Whopper Jr. had extra onion (it was supposed to have none) and the Whopper had no onion (it was supposed to have extra onion.) We told the girl this and she said they would redo the order. When we got home, guess what? There was extra onion on BOTH burgers! Burger King food is great! The service at the BK on McCain stinks! Read moreI'm not even sure where to begin. Sat at the order screen for 10 minutes (no line). No answer from anyone. Had to pull up to the pay window to order our food. Got up to the pick up window, and was met by just about the rudest woman I've ever met. Oh, she had the drive thru headset on. Apparently she just doesn't use it? Then she decided to give me attitude even though I was still being polite at this point. She apparently didn't believe me, and had me dig out my receipt. I handed it to her, and she proceeded to huff and continue having attitude. Threw our food in the bags, and even after looking at the receipt, STILL gave us the wrong drink. I parked and walked in to get the correct one from the fountain machine because I didn't feel like dealing with this rude a** employee. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. You need better workers. And clearly DIFFERENT workers that know what customer service is. The management there should be ashamed and the owners should be firing that crew ans replacing them. However, due to a series of unfortunate events, I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. As soon as I approached the call box, I was greeted with a strong smell of weed. I ordered a large Bacon King meal, which cost $16—quite expensive for a fast food meal—and expected it to be worth the price. I was asked to pull around to the first window. The transaction at the window was smooth, but after waiting for the car ahead to pull away, I approached the second window.
The attendant handed me my drink without a word and walked away. When she returned, she told me to pull around to the front door. I was a bit confused, especially since there was no one behind me in line, but I complied. A few minutes later, my food was delivered to my car.
