As of writing this it’s technically after midnight, so yesterday, we were served a chicken sandwich with a bite taken out of it.
We stopped in ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with large fries and large banana shake, and a double Philly steak burger.
We get our food and drive away, I start unwrapping my Philly burger, my wife has a few loose fries and starts her banana shake, we get 3 maybe 4 blocks away about to springhill wine and spirits (I always take note of that place because I like their grape sign) and my wife starts unwrapping her spicy chicken sandwich the first thing she asks is when did they start putting tomato on this sandwich, then she gets it all the way unwrapped to take off the tomato and there’s a whole bite taken off the bottom of here sandwich. I flipped a u-turn just past the grape sign and head back to rally’s.
My wife y’all is the sweetest person in the world, she’s never sent food back at a restaurant or anything like that but she was rightfully livid in this moment, we get back to rally’s and walk up to the window and explain the situation, a manager comes up to the window and says we were just given the wrong sandwich, what?! How?! How are you gonna make a whole sandwich, take a whole bite out of it, and then wrap it up perfectly to be sent out? We could over hear him talking to the staff that they need to slow down and take their time with these orders, I worked fast food for years, sending out a partially eaten sandwich is not a sign of going to fast.
This was bad, and it may have ruined rally’s for my wife forever and rally’s/checker’s has been her favorite fast food restaurant for as long as...

I placed my order using my debit card, was given my food, and drove off, after a few minutes I realized my large fry wasn't in the bag. so I go back, went to the other window, where the cashier Maranda informed me that my card had declined, so I proceed to pull up mu account to find out why it declined as I had just deposited cash the day before, the original cashier, who took my order, Jasmine came over there, and one of them said "what! she think we lying?" so I call for the manager, who did her best to correct the situation, I explained why I had pulled up my account. and informed her what had been said. being that I was looking at my online account I didnt see who said it.the manager said with me not knowing who said it she was in a hard spot to discipline. I replied that I understood that, and of course neither girl was gonna admit it. I did call the complaint line, I will not be visiting that rallys as long as ms Jasmine, and Ms Maranda are employeed there. Read moreWent there this morning about 10 minutes early so I waited in the parking lot.at 10:00 I pulled up in the drive-thru and tried to order.I was told very rudely that it would be 20 minutes before they open.I asked if they open at 10 thinking I was mistaken and was told again very rudely that it would be 20 minutes before they open.after being spoken to in that way and because I have managed several fast food restaurants I asked for a corporate number.I was given the number and told to leave now I pulled up to the window to ask the name of the person in charge and was told by some extremely rude guy to get the hell out of the drive thru because I was running up there time.I was on the phone with the 800 number at the same time so I asked his name and he told me that they were calling the cops.mind you I had not left my vehicle nor did anything for police to be called.I then pulled into a parking spot to finish the conversation with the guy from the 800 number.about 5 minutes later the police actually came ,the officer apologize to me because he could see that I wasn't doing anything wrong.I told him I was sorry for them wasting his time.what a crazy horrible experience I will never go back to this store.I hope nobody has to deal...
