Señor Tequila (Maumelle) — Restaurant in North Little Rock

My wife and I visited this place for the first time last night. While we did not have an issue with the service the couple seated behind us apparently were served the wrong order and were ignored by the staff during their entire visit so they ended up paying for, and eating a dish they did not order, or at least that was the claim.

Now the food. I ordered the burrito canelo, my wife the number three. At least the rice was mostly edible. The beans were soupy and undercooked, the burrito started off okay, but about halfway through I found where, I hope, the cook hid all the salt. I was assaulted by this God awful taste that rendered the rest inedible. This was by far the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted.

Needless to say we won't be going back, we left 3/4 of our food on the place, and we went to another establishment after just to get the taste out if our mouth. I honestly thought Gordon Ramsey was going to jump out of the kitchen screaming...

We ordered take out. We ordered 4 ala carte t hard tacos, chicken chino dinner, number 11, large cheese dip, side of guacamole, kids chicken tenders, and requested extra salsa and chips which we didn't get. I got home and was extremely disappointed. Our tacos were so soggy that they literally fell apart. Didn't even get to eat them. The cheese dip was $10 for a large. Well the large we received was like a cup. My child's chicken tenders were not only burnt and so dry he was choking it down, they weren't chicken tenders. They were coated fajita chicken strips deep fried to a dark brown and dried out. My husband called and they would not do anything to fix it whatsoever. We spent $50 for the worst food. Never again will we go back. This isn't the first time we have gone there but we have noticed they have gone down hill every time we went in the past. It will not let me...

I've been to Senor Tequila on several occasions and never have I had such terrible service. This Maumelle location was the actual worst and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone. Our waiter was very rude, the food was not good and the drinks were not up to par. I don't complain often, but I never had such awful service and food. I had to ask our waiter 4 times for a water, condiments, and even the check.. every time he would ignore what I asked and go talk to another coworker, like it was no big deal. When he noticed that I saw he was ignoring our table, he walked to the back and didn't return for a long time. It should not take 10 minutes or longer to get service. I advise that the owners and management reevaluate their employees and the way they approach their customers. I will not be disrespected and I will NOT be back to...
