Waffle House — Restaurant in North Little Rock

TL;DR: Would've given 0 stars if that was an option. If you're craving Waffles House, go to the other Waffle House in Maumelle or even the Whataburger (24hrs except 4-5AM) down the road.

Food was very bland, no salt or pepper or seasoning of any kind was added to any of the 2x Cheesesteak Melt Bowl, 2x Texas Patty Melt Platter.

Service was atrocious, to say the least. Walked up and sat in the bar seating area and had to wait ~10 minutes before either waitress on the 10/12 night shift took our orders, and that was only after I got one's attention when they passed by us for the 12th time. And when she finally did ask for our orders and found out we were take out: "Oh, I would've gotten to yall sooner if I had known yall were take-out", well she never even attempted to ask... on top of that, the waittress didn't write down our orders, which is important because later on, she choose to shout across the restaurant about who ordered what and with what (instead of walking up and asking us) which was very jarring.

Didn't feel or taste like a Waffle House. Very disappointing experience and definitely not what I expected from a Waffle House. On top of that, I was forced to tip 20% on one of the worst dining/take-out experiences ever due to their asinine and backwards ass tipping policy on take-out orders where the brief yet still inhospitable service and "worse than mediocre" food would've guaranteed...

Shockingly, I’ve never once had a bad experience at any Waffle House. But somehow this Waffle House always manages to be the worst. Terrible experience. Not only did I wait an hour for my take out order, they had it ready the whole time. For context, upon arrival I walked to the counter and made them aware of which order I was there to pick up. I was told to take a seat and it would be ready shortly… it was already done. So this was either done on purpose or they are just purely ignorant. I asked them eventually if my order was ready and they acted like they didn’t even know I was there to pick up an order. Keep in mind, I had already made it apparent what I was there for. Not to mention I was waiting in the pick up section.

Do not recommend this Waffle...

This Waffle House have racist employees like this waitress name Lesa she’s very disrespectful looks angry all the time and her service to Hispanics or black was always very different torch white folks im not sure why Waffle House have employees like this one but me and my family or friends don’t appreciate this kinda service hope next time we coming back to this place she’s not here anymore I ask who was the store manager but she refuse to tell me so hope this message get to the store manager or district manager because this is a restaurant and we all deserve to order and eat in peace without notice racism from this employees I also notice that she don’t get alone with the other employees which completely difficult to work with someone like Lesa hope...
