Edit to original review: Since this location has FINALLY found an exceptional manager the business is FINALLY doing so much better! The new managing partner, Paul, has worked so hard and his hard work is finally paying off. He has hired almost an entire new crew and trained them right and now orders are coming out correct and good and if there is an issue the carhops are pleasant and actually fix the issue instead of having a nasty attitude and doing nothing. I am pleased with the turnaround as I do love Sonic, I worked at one when I was a teenager myself and have missed the awesomeness of Sonic while it was under the horrific "management" prior to this new manager. If you go by now you will be greeted with a smile, fast service and good food. Look for Nicholas, Bethany, Joey, or Patrick as they are phenomenal carhops. Thank you Paul for turning this place around and making it awesome again!!!

I had the worst experience at your location today. I come to this location almost daily to get my Sonic fix and your car hop Angel, who says she is the manager, refused to make right a simple situation and was very disrespectful to me. It took over 15 minutes to get a drink and when I asked her why it took so long she just responded with "I only have one car hop and shrugged her shoulders" and this was after she hung up on me while I was making my order and I had to ring back so I was really here for over half of an hour! I called the number at the bottom of your receipt, someone named Ashley, and that number is out of order. I called the location number and she answered the phone. If I don't get a response of an apology I will never come to this restaurant again and I know that probably doesn't matter to a huge corporation but I will drive out of my way to go to another because I will not be treated like that. Also she got my drink order wrong but after her attitude I was not willing to stay to deal with her. Read moreThe first order taker told us to hold on mid order and never came back. We had to push the button again to continue our order causing us to have to wait an extra 5 min total to order. They would not add the rest of our order to the previous order so of course it turned into a whole thing. I told them the whole order was not on the ticket and they said it was and we paid for it. They brought out the first order with missing items and no condiments at all on either sandwich and they brought it in a box with no utensils ( I asked for no bread so I had no way to eat it). They charged me extra for buffalo sauce but didn't bring it. She said we didn't pay yet but we had. So we paid again (I guess the second ticket but we didn't get to see what we were paying for because she just took our card) but didn't get the rest of our food for another 5 minutes. By this time my husband had his hands in his head which ruined our 2 hour trip home. We asked for ketchup and the missing sauce and she came back with it. I opened the ketchup and put it on my burger and it was freaking jam! I was so livid at this point my food was cold and covered in jam and we were still sitting there waiting. She brought the rest of our food and thankfully brought a handful of real ketchup. I don't know if this all happened because I ordered no bun but I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes so I have to watch my carbs. Next time I will just throw out the bun I didn't know it would blow everyone's mind like that :(. Future tip: we can eat the burger in the wrapping, don't put them in a box unless you give people a fork. And the meat is not good with zero condiments so put them on as you usually do or put them on the side. A dry meat patty is gross. Read moreOn March 1, 2022 at 10:27 I placed my online order as I was pulling into Sonic. I pulled in to stall 04 and put the information in the app. When I realized it had been 10 minutes I pushed the button to notify. It was answered with so little customer service it’s pitiful, I was told that they were only doing drive thru orders as I tried to let them know I ordered on the app. In the most disrespectful way I was still directed to the drive thru. Once there I waited another 10 minutes before getting to the speaker at exactly 10:50pm. No one came over the intercom to take my order nor tell me they were closed, 10 minutes before 11 o’clock. I waited until all other customers in front of me received there order or pulled off. I pulled around to the window to tell the workers I had an online order as about 5 cars pull off because they are no longer taking orders before closing. Again, lack of customer service, professionalism, and home training is what I received. Not to mention the food was cold and what I tried to eat was disgusting. I demand a refund, my meal and those employees be fired at the least. That still won’t be enough. That don’t deserve a job nor the air god have them. That is the worst experience I have ever received. I’m angry and disgusted. If they did not want to work they should have not applied. Sonic should re-evaluate the people they hire.
