Taqueria Guadalajara — Restaurant in North Little Rock

I came in for a DoorDash. When I walked in, they told me it would be about 2 minutes. I said okay and stood to wait. In all actuality, it took 23 minutes. The staff kept smiling at me, but still no order. They were standing around holding conversations with each other. It was really hot. I came out of my jacket. I eventually grabbed a menu to start fanning. After over 20 minutes, I had enough. I thought I was about to pass out. I grabbed my bag and began to leave and then they started yelling for me to back because the food was ready. I tried to explain that I was about to pass out so they decided to help load the food into my doordash bag for me. It was a bag and 5 drinks that they individually wrapped in plastic bags that they tied off. After forcing the food into the bag, one of the cups had burst and all the liquid was now in the plastic bag. I’ve been here before and it wasn’t like that. I stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting to be rung up, my card was swiped, I'm waiting for a receipt, the young lady proceeds to ring up other people on the register next to the one I'm at, notices that I'm still there, and the machine has run out of paper. Not a word to me! Puts the paper in, goes back to the other people, the Hispanic man behind me notices, and asks me if I've been waiting this whole time, and after I confirmed that I had, he asks her what the problem is. She calls over an English speaking employee, and that employee explains that the machine ran out of receipt paper. It took another customer to complain (along with myself!) for me to be told I couldn't get a receipt! I asked what I was supposed to do...... She said she doesn't know. I'll NEVER go there again, and I'll also let my friends that I sent over there to NOT go anymore unless they want...

My family and I were visiting from out of state and our GPS brought this place up for tacos near by! The reviews were high so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived we were seated immediately and our order was taken. We ordered quesadillas and Tortas. When I say they were the most poorly made tortas and quesadillas I mean it. The torta had a. Teaspoon of beans then the meat then literally a square piece of cheese on one side of the torta. Then it was supposed to have tomato n there was one half a slice on the whole torta. I also ordered a large quesidlla. Which they use a burrito tortilla for. Well they bring it out and there is also literally one piece of square mozzerella cheese on the whole tortilla.
