Furniture Express — Local services in North Little Rock

I highly recommend Furniture Express on Camp Robinson Road in North Little Rock. I was very hesitant to go out and look for a new mattress but, I knew I needed one very badly. So, I sat down the night before and made a list of all the furniture places I would have to go, till I found the right bed for me. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a very nice lady. She asked us what we were looking for. I told her what I wanted, so she started walking us over to some beds. While walking over there we noticed a bunch of beautiful couches , end tables, lamps and other furnishings. It was hard not to want all of it. The first bed I looked at wasn't exactly what I wanted. So, she called the manager over and I told him exactly what I was looking for. He took us over to another bed and I set on it and then laid on it. It felt perfect and it made my bad back feel good. I knew that was exactly what I was looking for and the price was great. So, I bought it. It was a queen-size Dreamline Signature Hybrid. They delivered it to me the same night. I wake up every morning now with no back pain. I went back yesterday to tell them how happy I was with my bed and showed them how good I could move around now that my back didn't hurt. While I was there I saw a beautiful very soft blanket/ comforter and I wanted it for my new bed. So I got that and a set of sheets to. I'm so glad I went to their store first because, I didn't have to go to several other stores to find what I wanted. I recommend you go by and check out their store. They have really nice merchandise and good prices too. They are really nice people and they'll help you find...

So. Around the beginning of September 2024, I set out to buy a mattress and box spring (full size). I contacted this store via an employee at the LR location from Facebook Marketplace. I will say they are flexible with payment methods, as they have several options. I just ended up paying cash over a few days. I had to go to the NLR location to pick it up. Gentleman barely let me pick and inspect my mattress. However, most staff was nice at both locations. However, in October I noticed rips/tears in the mattress. They got worse and worse, so now my whole mattress covering is almost off of the base. Literally I see foam and springs. I will self maintenance and replace soon, because I am sure they do not have a generous policy on things like that. Spend the extra cash and find you a better longer lasting mattress. Box spring, no complaints (as of yet). Mattress is a no no, and thats even me leaving the plastic on for a while. Nice folk, but I am now weary of the quality.

I went in this place and spent 4100 dollars... Got home and sofa has a blemish. Alllll white sofa. I contacted the owner and he said he will stand on this and exchange. Told them i have to do a road transport and when im bk in town ill bring it bk. Its the 5th. He say we talked on the 26th so now its to late... Man 4100 dollars and you want to play and not stand on your product. Id never spend with him again .. Id advise the next not to either..sincerely a hard workn man...
