Long John Silver's | A&W — Restaurant in North Manheim Township

For context, I myself have been to this location 2 times and my fiancee this was her first interaction. Cashier was terrible..... in a misrible mood, giving me and my fiancee nasty looks thru the entire interaction because my fiancee was taking longer then the cashier liked since it was her first time to the location and was trying to enjoy new things. Anytime we ordered something, the cashier would roll her eyes and make condescending remarks. Very disrespectful to both me and my fiancee. Beyond unacceptable behavior. After getting our food, the food was pretty good, just a little too many extra flakes from the fish due to too much batter, hush puppy's were awsome and the root beer float was great. Awsome atmosphere and absolutly loved the retro style look. Prior to us even going into the building we had seen the very same cashier on her phone outside messing around. Seriously needs better staff behavior and I saw way better behavior the first time I came here. Plz fix the behavior and treat customers respectfully. I personally like coming here but now my fiancee doesent have an interest in coming due to the service....

Wow, I didn’t realize that a place could be this dirty and pass a health inspection. The girl at the front wasn’t interested in helping customers and rude, then she yelled back and forth to the person working in the back complaining about something. She literally acted like I shouldn’t be bothering her. When I finally got my food after 20 min. The fish was overcooked and about 1/3 the size it should have been and Fired to a rock and they literally gave me 5 French fires! The management either doesn’t visit this place or is incompetent. So many reviews of the similar and they have not addressed the cleanliness or atmosphere which means they don’t care! Take your hard earned money someplace that cares. Do yourself a favor, take the drive to the Hamburg Long...

The food was good, as always. BUT, since we arrived at 9:30 pm, with a closing time of 10 pm, the grouchy old cashier who took our order, ruined our WHOLE experience. She took our order with an ugly attitude. I get that your shift is just about over, and your feet probably hurt from standing all day, but you made that choice when you took the job offer to work there. Retail sucks, I know. It was freezing in the restaurant, and I've been to morgues that were more comfortable. No comment about the restroom because I didn't go, for I was too afraid it would've already been closed and locked up. There was no atmosphere whatsoever. No "good night," or any acknowledgements on the way out. Definitely won't be going...
