Burger King — Restaurant in North Miami

I’ve been to BK countless times in Dade County since they opened in the 1950s. This location is by far the worst I’ve encountered. I’ve walked in several times and not a single employee is on sight. I have to call out to get someone’s attention. I should kept the photo of no employees in sight. or in front at the counter omIR in the kitchen! The food is another story altogether. Fries that are room temperature and should have been tossed and not served. Same goes with onion rings. Nuggets that are warm unless they were just fried. This location is rarely busy due to the poor product they put forth. And worst of all is the,” I don’t give a crap” attitude of the employees. It’s a wonder anyone visits more than once. I you file a complaint with them online, you get the same response EVERY TIME! Exact same e-mail reply and nothing changes. My advise, give this location...

This Burger King is okay but I would wish that they work more efficient and give out the food quickly and not just taking orders and just give out the food to drive thru only. This problem can be fixed if they would have more than one employee in front counter doing both the front and drive thru. When I would come to this burger King, I would see one employee in the front, doing both drive thru and front. When she calls for help, the other employees would come from the back and help out and when the coast is clear, they would go to the back and never come out again unless they are needed. It seems to me that they are paid to not work at all and it has been going on for a while. I just hope that poor lady who has to constantly deal with...

10:42 PM - the time on the receipt. I just left this restaurant and I'm enjoying my food! I went through the drive-thru, was greeted very nicely by a young man who took my order without any issues. His tone of voice was welcoming and demonstrated his interest in servicing me. While paying, I said the name on his tag, asked if I said it correctly, and told him: "I'm going to do a review on your good service. That's why I asked about your name." With a smile and bright eyes, he said: "My name is Prince. Like Prince Harry. Thank you so much!" In fact, everyone on the crew seemed as if they enjoyed working together.
