There food is not safe for allergies. They have a sauce they use with nuts in it and their food especially the salads are few days old. I felt sick hours later. I called the restaurant at the airport were l went and spoke to a man named Ramsey's who right away hung up the phone on me the moment l asked him if he used nut products in their food. Called back and he no one picked up. I waited few hours later called again l told him it was the lady about the allergies and asked for a manager and he said he was the manager and hung up right after. I was shocked at the service and lack of concern for the customer. The lettuce isn't fresh and or cut in the same day. It's was obvious. There food is not spicy at all some real Haitian dishes. And why is it called chef Creole if their food hardly has any French or Creole ingredients in it. The rice was stale. The plantains too oily. The only thing l liked was the sweet chicken dish my...

I ordered a chicken jambalaya by phone the order taker said it will be ready in about 10 minutes. When I arrive 20 minutes later. I told the order taker my name to pick up a chicken jambalaya. He laughed and stated that they are sold out of the chicken jambalaya and did not offer a apology. I told the order taker I ordered the food so I can take it to work for lunch he did not give me no explanation why he did not contact me to advise me that they ran out of chicken jambalaya. He did not offer me nothing to compensate the chicken jambalaya. I end up going to another restaurant and ordered something different and ended up being late to work because this order taker was not professional and not considerate of my time. I will never eat at Chef Creole or order food from Chef Creole every again. Very unprofessional Chef Creole should consider hiring people that care about their job and considerate of...

So I am visiting Miami, and I was looking for Haitian restaurants. I'm Haïtian and I have purchased Haitian food from other Haitian restaurants in Miami before.

In search results a chef creole location popped up and it was nearby. Chef creole is popular in Miami so I went to see what all the hype was about.

I got to say I was disappointed. The food did not taste like Haitian food. I must say I order two plates just in case I didn't like the first i can try my luck with the second. Both plates did not taste like Haitian food. Not the chicken not the lambi. The rice! Not Haitian food. I

I'm sorry to say if you're looking for authentic Haïtian flavors Chef creole isn't it. If you don't believe me try other Haitian restaurants and you will see the difference.

But I still want to congratulate thee owner for his success with his chain...

When I say the people at this restaurant don’t have the common sense they were born with. I called 18 times regarding my DoorDash order which they gave the driver the wrong food. So I reordered my food and the dummies at the restaurant said this order was already picked up because they saw my name previously instead of checking to actually see if it’s another order and every single time I called a child answered the phone. I asked for an adult they hung up. I asked in creole the adult then said who’s that and hung up the phone. Remind you this is their business number posted on their website. Smh. And black owned businesses wonder why we as black people hardly support them because they let family do whatever they want in their businesses. Do better chef creole this is the last time l I’ll order from them.

I haven’t been to this location in a while, but LET ME TELL YOU IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The food still GOOD AF & FRESH!!!! I met Kim and she was A1 with the customer service and made sure my order was right, well packaged and I got my jar of pikliz 🤤. HANDS DOWN THIS THE BEST CHEF CREOLE LOCATION!! THANK YOU FOR THE HOMEMADE FOOD, I will be coming back real soon ‼️🙏🏼

The service was outstanding. Our server, Server’s Name Marie, was attentive without being intrusive. They provided excellent recommendations and were knowledgeable about the menu, which made our choices easier. It’s clear that the staff is well-trained and genuinely cares about their guests. And remember my name ..
