There food is not safe for allergies. They have a sauce they use with nuts in it and their food especially the salads are few days old. I felt sick hours later. I called the restaurant at the airport were l went and spoke to a man named Ramsey's who right away hung up the phone on me the moment l asked him if he used nut products in their food. Called back and he no one picked up. I waited few hours later called again l told him it was the lady about the allergies and asked for a manager and he said he was the manager and hung up right after. Read moreI ordered a chicken jambalaya by phone the order taker said it will be ready in about 10 minutes. When I arrive 20 minutes later. I told the order taker my name to pick up a chicken jambalaya. He laughed and stated that they are sold out of the chicken jambalaya and did not offer a apology. I told the order taker I ordered the food so I can take it to work for lunch he did not give me no explanation why he did not contact me to advise me that they ran out of chicken jambalaya. He did not offer me nothing to compensate the chicken jambalaya. I end up going to another restaurant and ordered something different and ended up being late to work because this order taker was not professional and not considerate of my time. I will never eat at Chef Creole or order food from Chef Creole every again. Very unprofessional Chef Creole should consider hiring people that care about their job and considerate of...
