This is part of a chain of thrift stores that has 22 locations across the country including in Florida in Jacksonville, World Thrift in Lake Worth, and this location in North Miami. These stores are for profit thrift stores meaning they are not directly affiliated with any charity. They claim to help charities by purchasing items from them. They are also keeping items out of the landfills and offering low cost items to people who might not otherwise be able to afford them. The more I visit this chain of thrift stores, the more I love them They are huge, cheap, and have what I like. Everyone else likes them a lot too so the lines can be very long with the longest lines being in the Lake Worth Store. The line here was actually the shortest of all of the stores I have been in. Unlike Lake Lake Worth and Hialeah, they accept credit cards. This is perplexing. Why can't they all accept cards? Also unique to this store is a terrible parking situation. At least they have free parking which is a rarity in Miami but the lot is small and you get stuck if someone is waiting for a spot. I saw some people park across the street at the closed bank. One last thing of note, every few minutes on the loudspeaker they announce that you must not steal in both English and Spanish. I learned something new! How to say you better not shoplift in Spanish. The warning was constant. They must get stolen from a lot. At first I thought it was kind of funny and then it was really annoying. There is a sign that you have to let them hold your purse but no one hassled me about my small cross body bag. I like that they have a large housewares section. This time I picked up a piece of my grandmothers china pattern for 99 cents and a beautiful glass bowl with a vintage strawberry design for $3. They also have a large selection of clothes, shoes, accessories, books, toys, small appliances, and miscellaneous items. Just make sure whatever you want to buy has a price tag because they won't sell it if it does not. Also all sales are finally so check over everything really well. If you love the adventure of thrifting, you will want to add this chain of stores to your rotation.

What can you say about a place that doesn’t hold a single sense of concern or care for their customers? You could say anything about the business, like it’s just a thrift store or whatever. But the point of having a functioning business relies on honesty and transparency. Why would I drive to make it here after a 30 minute drive in order to make it in time to buy a single item, when the closing time it’s not accurate at all? Not online, not even on the business hours hung in the storefront. I arrived at 8:30pm in order to, not browse, but buy a piece of clothing I needed, to have the door closed on my face, because they don’t close at 9pm, but actually 8:30pm. And yes, it’s a business choice, but make your clientele aware in order to avoid dissatisfaction. This is very disappointing from what I used to believe was a reliable business. Important shoutout: the guy wearing the baseball cap who chose rudeness from the get go.

Checked out this location. The store is medium-sized. They have more inventory than space. Stuff is categorized in various sections. With some much stuff, things are jammed and stacked on each other. Isles are very tight, and the people pushing those shopping carts make it no better. Even worse are those baby strollers trying to get down those tight isles. Like all the other thrift stores, now the prices have shot up. You would have to take some time and dig to uncover a deal. The parking lot is small, and finding a spot is tough. Did not see any handicap parking spaces. The entrance is on the main street. No street parking in front of the building. There is a bus stop in front of the building. With traffic and all getting out, it can be tricky .

Absolutely terrible management that needs immediate customer service training! For ex, came on Christmas Eve at 3pm to purchase a Christmas tree and told price was $24.99. Proceeded to register to pay and told $29.99. The cashier speaks to the manager purposely in Spanish and they settle at $29.99. I informed them the originally unmarked tree was priced at $24.99. At the end, the manager said "soree no selling tu $24.99." An utter disgrace to invoke a superiority complex on items that the store gets fully free donated items. The workers, particularly the management has a power complex and talks to people rudely, lacking respect and empathy. Just because it is a thrift store does not mean you can talk to people any old way because you think the class of shoppers are all poor. Overall, highly disappointed in the continued disrespect. I'll be contacting the better business bureau to further investigate the price gouging they enact, and the racist customer bias I've witnessed. They tend to act nicer towards Hispanic customers whom they speak to in Spanish with. Non English speaking customers, they will disrespect you right in your face. Overall, poor resting of this store due to it's staff, and the security guard who also needs training as well. I will take my business to Goodwill. No sense to shop at a store with 100%free items with workers who act like they are selling their personal goods who can speak to you however they feel and backed my management who encourages stupidity. Fire the two female managers/ supervisors and and get better management...

I’ve been going to the store since I was young but today I went into the store to get a few things. There was this shirt that I really like that I wanted to get for a baby shower but I notice where they put the price in touch there was a hole there, so when I went up to the cashier and ask the cashier about it, she did not speak English and she asked someone else to translator to help her out in the person was saying that all you know that’s how it is on my word I still have to pay full price and they’re like yes I’m OK. Where is the manager so the The lady who’s checking my things she seems bothered but I’m not worried about that because I didn’t have a customer you work here when it comes to working it’s a matter of serving be professional ! I ask for the manager I’ll let the manager know. I like the shirt but there’s a hole there like that’s not a good idea. That’s actually bad to do that to the item and Their attitude was disgusting and it altered mines but overall the store I give it like a four out of five because you will find good stuff in there and if you really look, you’ll find some thing like budget friendly but when it comes to the employees, they probably get like a two because they need to be more friendly and open more respectful and professional when handling people...
