**update 9/30/22: Seems they are under new managment or just switched up the menu a bit but I see they have specials of the week now. I ordered bacalao 2 weeks ago and it was great, ordered it this week and I don't want to finish it, didn't seem drained and rinsed enough, seemed more boiled than flavorful stewed, just felt thrown together unlike the first time, I work in kitchens I cam tell the difference, just felt like no live was out into it this week. I will try it one more time in 2 more weeks and hope for the best or I won't bother returning for anything, I initially came for fish(including bacaloa) *update 1/22: ordered some stewed chicken[PICTURED HERE] and Morongo because they were out of fish, the portion was just a bit small, more bones than chicken but was delicious and the staff behind the counter has always been very nice the few times I have been, I will be back again soon, good food, nice feel of dominican family hospitality in america. Original review: 11/21 **(NOT PICTURED)Ordered fried fish with mofongo without pork chicharonne in it. Was delicious it was my first visit, I will definitely be back to try more of the food there. Nice welcoming...

The food took too long to come out and after waiting it would have been worth it had it been fresh. Rice and beans served cold at room temperature, the grilled chicken was cols as well as made an hour or two before I ordered it or left over from another order. I am usually served latin food steaming hot as it leaves the kitchen and arrives at your table. We ordered soup thT never came so we had to cancel order. My friends ordered pork chops that were curled from over cooking and tough as leather. And please at least have brand name condiments like Hellmans mayo and Heinz ketchup. Not the off brands that Noone has ver heard of from the .99 cent store. So please stay away from this place I wouldn't serve this food to my...

This is no longer a good restaurant compared to over a year ago due to new owners. Food is expensive, terrible chef in the kitchen and the music is very loud, even at 1pm in the afternoon. (like bruh its not even happy hour....lol) - Do not go here, you will regret it...

Just an fyi, I updated my review, to me this place was awesome and grandma type of amazing Dominican 🇩🇴 food here, but I went again recently (its been over a year since I returned) and definitely was super disappointed, and most of the things in their menu they don't even have....lady was like I will just tell you...
