I placed a mobile breakfast order at 1020am to ensure I'd get the food before they switched to lunch at 1030. I arrived promptly at 1030 to the indoor lobby to pick up my food. The lady told me she had received my order at 1020 but it has not been made yet. I said no problem I can wait a couple minutes. She then said that they are no longer making breakfast. I reiterated that I ordered my food 10 minutes ago. Why was it not made yet and if they are still serving breakfast why can the not make it still? She apologized and said I could substitute lunch. As she's telling me that I hear the guy on the line behind the counter announce that he has 4 egg and cheese and 2 sausage egg and cheese coming up. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese so I chimed in with oh are the sausage ones for a mobile order? He said no drive-thru. I asked if they could make 2 more for my order I placed 10 minutes ago. They said no its the last 2 they are making. So they literally served people that ordered there food at 1030 before an order at 1020. And before even switching all their ingrediants over still refused to make the food. I frustratingly said I guess ill skip breakfast then and left. It was such an idiotic experience that I didn't know how to respond to it and I'm still frustrated and annoyed by what happened... not cool...
Read moreI stop here every couple months, which apparently is the length of time it takes for me to forget that after each visit I tell myself "I'm never coming here again". I mean, it's only McDonald's, I don't know why I expect myself to be wowed, but for whatever reason it's incredibly difficult to get an order correct. The staff is polite and friendly, I'll give them that, but that's where the positive experience ends. They always forget something, or the food is cold, or it's the wrong order completely. This particular visit, this is the very best that they could do. I understand that they strive for speed and efficiency, but I am willing to wait the additional 1.7 seconds that it takes to get the cheese properly aligned on a Filet O' Fish. Next time you're in the area and hungry for a quick bite, I recommend taking a look around at the many other options available. There are plenty of other choices of establishments staffed with personnel that have the physical capability and critical thinking skills that are required to properly...

This past time I stopped in before work they were not busy, there was only one car ahead of me and one already at the pickup window. I ordered fine, paid fine, when I got to the pickup window I was told to go to the last window because my order would be a few extra minutes. There was a car already waiting there so I stayed put at the window until that car left. The manager I believe (red shirt, glasses, blonde hair) asked why I hadn't pulled up. She was clearly frustrated and angry and very short with me, before I could answer she starts screaming at the other employees in the back about why I was still sitting at the window, very unprofessional. She was rude and wouldn't let me say anything. When I was finally able to pull to that last window up my food was ready. But when I got my bagel sandwich it was soggy. Like half of it had been dipped in water? I had to actually throw it away when I got to work. I've never had such a bad experience at this...
