I was really excited to have a nice coffee place closer to home, and I realize theyāre brand new here, but this place needs a little more training. Iāve been here twice. The first time I was able to successfully order and receive my food and coffees, although it took soooo long because for whatever reason the people who came in behind me got theirs first, and all three baristas at one point went out to the parking lot to look at someoneās puppies instead of tending to customers. Today, I decided to try out the drive through. I was immediately greeted at the order board, but when I said I needed a second, was offered to ask any questions I might have. About 10 seconds later, I asked my question and got no response. I waited for a couple of minutes thinking they were helping someone else out. I tried again, but again got no response, so I pulled up to the window. I asked my question āWhat is in a āHeavenlyā?ā And the barista didnāt even know what it was. She went to ask and said it was the same thing as a Cielo, which is a separate item on the menu, so I donāt think so. I said I wanted something caramel-y but without the sugar free syrup. I was informed that they donāt have ANY syrups that arenāt sugar free/artificially sweetened. ???! We live down the street and by the time he got back to the house a quarter of the coffee was in my cup holder because the bottom of the cup was completely cracked. He cleaned the car then put the coffee in a bag to show them and get a replacement. Well then have him a new one, but in their smallest size. I ordered and paid for a large, not a small. I would expect to receive a large size replaced. They also did not give any receipt and at this point my boyfriend was frustrated and left.
