Draft House Bar & Grille — Restaurant in North Palm Beach

The food is standard pub fare and is consistently good but not outstanding. The service can be hit or miss, although it seems to be getting better. The drink prices can be misunderstood. I saw the sign indicating 2 for 1 drinks and ordered a Blue Moon, which was ice cold and served with an orange slice. When I got my bill, I was unpleasantly surprised to see Blue Moon was not 2 for 1 and priced at $6 each. They said it was a premium craft beer. Blue Moon is made by Miller Brewing Co and is no more crafty than a Miller Lite beer is. The lesson here is don't assume, ask first to avoid a surprise. Moving on to other things, the parking lot is small and a large sign on the front door indicates your car will be towed if you park at the adjacent business. The men's restroom is downright strange. It has "dueling" commodes. Two toilets on opposite walls with no barriers. Why they didn't put in a couple of urinals and enclose the remaining toilet is beyond me. Draft House does offer pretty good live music on weekends. They usually have a good one or two person band which is appropriate tor the space. It's not head banger load, but nice. Well in general all the Bartenders and servings staff are fantastic.

However, Randy Epstein you have one really bad Bartender, she insists on a minimum 20% tip- or you cannot sit at the bar. She denied a Service Dog to be at the bar- of a 9.11 Firefighter- who has PSD. And really needs his dog with.

She thinks it’s funny at Your Establishment to shame him- in front of all of the other patrons- that he doesn’t tip her more than 20% tip. Why should he.

He tips all the other Bartender’s at least 15%.

I hope you realize you are looking at least at a minimum $2500 to 1.2 million lawsuit that’s going to drag out for 2 years.

Get rid of this employee- who feels she is entitled. It’s your “Draft House “ I loved going there for many years. Not after I saw what your ONE Bartender did to a 9/11 Fireman.

We have been trying to find the time to eat here for months! Gotta tell you, we were not disappointed. Loved everything about Draft House! Allie was our server and she was so knowledgeable about all of the specials, menu items. She knew what drinks to pair with the items. Just an absolute asset and really bumped up an amazing meal. For our meal we had Conch Fritters for an appetizer.(forgot to take a picture) They were probably the best we've had in a long time. Hubby dined on wings. While I had the special of the day, Beef Sirloin with a butter & garlic glaze over a toasted bun with onion rings and their house cole slaw. For the first time in quite a while, everything was just delicious!! Everything was cooked to perfection!! 👌 Onion rings were just that perfect golden you'd expect. Coleslaw wasn't that mess everyone has been serving lately. Can not wait to return for more outstanding food...
