Subway — Restaurant in North Palm Beach

Food was ok.. Not well put together but taste was good. Both of the workers were a Lil on the bitchy side. I did not want my bread toasted so I asked for him to hear up at chicken with the cheese on top like I have been doing for years and he then began to question how he was going to get it off the paper and making it seem like im the only one to ever ask for my sub to not be toasted! The the lady was like if that's how she wants her food then give it to her like that. They made me feel like my food was nasty or something. Shes like he's new its not his fault.. I blame the trainer! And shes in the back yelling out things about her baby daddy and using profanity when I know they see I have my son with me! Over all not sure I will return!! both employees very rude after I had to tell them to stop talking about marijuana with another customer while my son was sitting next to me they began speaking about me to another customer and laughing about me asking them to stop talking about it! I will be contacting a manager or their corporate office.. edit number to I asked it to employees if this is a franchise or a corporate and they said it's a franchise and I'm sitting in the car and the girl runs off and calls what I could only think would be the manager and starts talking about it. Went in to order a Pizza Sub. It hasn't been on the official menu for years, but every subway I've gone to has know what it was or asked me how to make it, so no problem. I have lived in 4 states and traveled to mant more and I've always been able to get a Pizza Sub with no problem. When I ordered it, an employee who was sitting in uniform in the lobby eating said "We don't do that here." The poor guy who was helping me asked how to make it, so I told him then he asked the girl how to ring it up and she said "We don't do that" very rudely. When I explained the subway across town and every other subway does, she said "We don't do that here. It's not on the menu." So I then said it isn't on any location's menu anymore, it's an old sandwich and she told me they don't do that and her "mom is in management". Thankfully, the gentleman went ahead and made the sandwich and rang me out, but poor guy has to work with that b**y chick. She should have just kept her mouth shut because I'll be going to a different Subway...

I first found this SubWay Restaurant at the beginning of the Pandemic and lock down. I noticed, right away, how clean and sanitized the store was kept. What started as a casual first time purchase has turned into two or three times a week. The staff is excellent and I believe it is because of the owner, Harry, who is always around and so very friendly and helpful. A I said the restaurant itself is immaculate and the staff and owner are wonderful but the best part is the food. I do purchase from this location two to three times a week and have tried just about every sandwich and salad. The bread is baked fresh everyday and you can tell it is by the smell, feel and taste. The meats are very fresh and not skimped on in any way. The vegetables taste like they were just picked from the garden and so crisp and tasty, I just love it. The subs are well packed with meat and your favorite vegetables but sometimes I treat myself to a deluxe which is extra meat and wow, so darn good. Love...
