I came here on my birthday and went out the country. I called them the day i arrived asked for a manager they stated theres no manager. I explained that my $110 nails were all a different length and size. I was then transferred to a lady who said no worries come in tomorrow 2/9 at 4:30p we will fix it. Today i walk in and the guy whose suppose to do my nails has a nasty attitude/disposition. Theyre arguing with me about what was said otp and the lady who i spoke to wasn't present either but the guy “barely speaks English.” I showed them and asked does this look like the same length/size they agreed it did not. I asked whats the solution since it seems to be an issue?.. they stated “to make all my nail extensions the same length is very high expectations they will try but you probably will not like it.” That made me hesitant because why would you say that.. so i said since you don’t think you can do it then do the refund and I’ll call my bank to confirm. The man “who don’t speak English “ got up tossed his gloves and said yes call your bank bye.. after explaining its my birthday how dear you treat a paying customer like that.. while the other techs were simply looking and speaking in another language. It was so rude i feel disrespected and under valued. I stated why was i told something different over the phone? They said well we can take off or refund money. I told them i just want what i came for.. Ive been coming here for over 2yr+ and have never spent anything under $100 just for nails i always use cash but this time i used my card. Mind you i only get polish nothing crazy at all. I never complain.. no matter how bad a job i just keep giving chances. Today was the last straw. I sat in my car for awhile to let things settle - i then called and asked about the refund and now they’re saying they cannot give refund bc i left. Mind you I’m sitting infront of the salon facing the door where they can all see me. They just blatantly lied to me in my face twice. This is so unacceptable Im so hurt. Worst for pricing but will do their best. I have paid $100 for my nails that they promised to charge $70. So confused. They have 30% deals going on but that’s nothing and I have end paying whole the amount. Me and my mom went there for first time and will never go there. I have called to get appointment but whoever answered the phone told me I can just walk in don’t need appointments but when i get there they ask for appointment and i had to wait until others to finish. I’m pregnant and there is no special treat for whoever you are. I did pedicure, eyebrows and tips. Which costs $10 for eyebrows wax, $25 for pedicure and they charge $100 for my nails which they promised for $70 and gave 30% discount. Hilarious. For my mom she did French mani and pedi which is okay price ($45) and the lady did a great job. I’m not saying they doing bad. They are doing good job but just watch what they promising and where they taking you is very disappointed. Too expensive. Kevin who is the owner promised me he will charge $18 for pedicure but everything was laying. If you only have options to go there Don’t forget to get appointment and book with the person whoever work there coz when the appointment comes they change works and it’s so uncomfortable and had to wait for until another one done their job. I asked from the owner before paying 2 times and tried to explain but he didn’t listen. I was pregnant and already tired and hungry after everything coz it took almost 4 hours and my back already started to hurt so I didn’t want to argue and ended up paying whole amount and we just left. When we leave they didn’t even say bye coz they know what they did to us. It was our first time and our last time. Also they hurt my small finger and it was bleed and I was so scared as well. Still I hv the scars.

The male employee here is exceptionally rude and I will not bring my business there anymore because of him!! I initially liked this location and have been coming for almost a year. I would always asks for Olga and gave her a couple referrals. She has since had a baby and hasn't been in so I have had different employees doing my pedicure and its honestly hit or miss. I had a nice girl today, but it was my first time with her and I had to watch and edit her job to my liking. She also forgot a step which I had to ask for. I did mess up a toe which she had no issue fixing and had planned to tip as I always do. When I paid the man proceeds to tell me to tip, which was totally uncalled for especially as tipping is a courtesy (which again I always do based on service provided, Olga always got $4-$5). He then follows me out to my car after I leave the salon and told me that I should go elsewhere which he did not have to say because I am never going back.
