I love this place! Thank you guys for taking such great care of my car!!! My wait times were long but it was communicated from the very beginning because my work was labor intensive and parts had to come from another location. AnTwain made sure he kept me up to speed with literally everything that was going on with my car he even showed me what was going on so at no point did i feel left out or cheated. He explained things to me in a way that i could understand, and even when i didn’t understand the car lingo he gave me an example that made sense. The time and efforts that were made i greatly appreciate. I did not mind being there, the place is very clean, the bathroom is very clean, he checked the restrooms a few times just to keep up with the cleanings and that was awesome! Not only because of what’s going on now (COVID-19) but it’s ensure the healthy and safely of the customers on a regular basis. Everyone wore their PEE gear and practice social distancing. From observation i can tell they work very fast there, many customers came and went with simple task like oil changes or tire replacements, even brake repairs.. I got a chance to meet one of the big managers that goes store to store to ensure everything is running smoothly and he was a very nice guy.. he also helped explain different things and gave tips on how to keep my car in tip top shape and also recommended things i can do. Overall this STS has been my best experience ever, they almost made me forget how much money i had to spend...

Horrible experience. I'm new to the area and needed an oil change. I call to check prices, and they say they can do $80 total for the change, 6qt full synthetic. Being cheaper than everywhere else I called I say okay and go. When I get there, they tell me the price will be $120 before tax. I explained that I just called and was told $80. After a little bit of talk they tell me they'll do $100 and I say sure since I'm already there.

40 minutes later they come out with 'recommendations.' 'Your battery is basically dead, you have barely any power steering fluid, and your breaks are shot.' I know that my battery is less than 2 years old and my fluids were topped off last change. I respectfully decline, and then he offers to do the oil for free if I get the other work. Just to entertain I ask how much. $500. I still say 'No thanks I'm okay. I came here for an $80 oil change.' He doesn't argue and just finishes up. Almost another hour and I'm out.

So about an hour and a half for an oil change when no other customers came. When I get the bill, I see they discounted an extra $10 without telling me for some goodwill. They knew they weren't doing something right. I pay without saying anything.

If you don't know your car well, they will take advantage of you. Please, find someone...

AVOID!

Took my vehicle for breaks. They recommended breaks and rotors. I went with their recommendation. As soon as I left there were sounds coming from break area (metal on metal type sound). Took vehicle back. They couldn’t figure it out but were adamant it wasn’t anything they did…

Was told to return when “other” mechanic was on shift. I returned. Could also not figure out so they “greased” my breaks. Sound went away for few days but came back. Was not going to return to that place.

Took it to a different shop to be told the rotors and pads Mavis placed were a cheap brand. Had the whole rework done by different shop and now vehicle runs great without any sounds on breaks.

Scam and low quality work.

UPDATE: Called the number below. They said the regional manager would reach out to me to process a credit or a partial refund. I explained I’ve no interest in taking my vehicle back and therefore I’d take the refund. It’s been a week and no one has reached...
