Taco John's — Restaurant in North Platte

I had a horrible experience here my potato ole were cold soggy, and the bowl had grease in it. My two crispy tacos were thinner than a quesadilla and so greasy and so floppy that I couldn’t even eat them. Two bites gave me a stomachache. I would be ashamed to even put this food out and what they advertises. Definitely not what I got. Rude people just wanted to take my money and go back to hanging out. Had no interest in being grateful for a customer at all I was overcharged and didn’t even get my tea waited in line way too long. Over the last few months, long wait times continue to occur. Delivery orders are not ready for pickup when they should be, causing drivers to be delayed 20+ minutes because orders are NOT started until after drivers have waited for 15 minutes or more. Those in the lobby are also experiencing long wait times as well.

I highly recommend employees filling orders instead of standing around arguing about who should be where and when they should be there. Customers and delivery drivers should not have to listen to all of that. Lack of management seems to be a...

4:30 p.m. or so my order was made but not with care. From my 3 tacos to my oles everything was stale. Not hot. Barely warm. Didn't finish the first of my 3 tacos or ole's. The meat in the tacos tasted as if it had freezer burn. I've been going to this taco johns for the past 18 years if not longer from a toddler to now and this was by far the worst meal I've recieved. The nacho cheese I had as a side even had dried cheese turning dark yellow on top.
