This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's I have been too. They consistently get late night orders wrong all the time. I have given them like seven chances with the mobile ordering app, and all but one time did I actually get what I want. Their late night staff is not organized at all. They close the grill at 11:45pm and tell you this which is usually fifteen minutes before close. Poor practice. It got so bad when I went there on the 17th. The closed at 12am that day. Placed a mobile order and then drove there by 11:40pm Both lines were packed and weren't moving.
Probably realized because they said they closed the grill early even before they closed so people were upset. Good thing I got my order in before they did that. Got to the window, the poor girl was crying as she took off her headset and they shut the lights off around 11:54pm. Looking in the window the orders they placed were not in order and they had no idea which order as which. They asked me four times what my order was at the window and even with the manager there in the black shirt I'm assuming, they could not figure it out. I completely got my customized order wrong, and they didn't add any of the extra sauces I ordered. It's like they don't even check what's on the receipt. If I didn't remind them of the drinks I got, they would have forgotten about them as well.
Do not use the McDonald's mobile app to place orders. The mobile app is useless. Says to call the store with issues and when you call the store they are not even helpful and keep asking the same questions like what was the mobile order number or what did you order and I was told to just call corporate one time. This is such a disconnect with the McDonald's mobile app that don't even use it. Just use DoorDash because if they mess up your order, you can get good service and a refund right there.
After this time I doubt I'll ever go to or set food in this location again. If i'm not ordering thru Uber Eats or DoorDash, there is 0 accountability for this location with how bad of service they have and their overall accuracy with orders is just beyond belief how bad it is. Also, how do you get cold, cripsy fries? I took a bite of them and they were cold but cruncy? I don't think I have ever had that happen. They must just not be frying anything late at night and just staging them for orders and shutting off the equipment and grills to get out...
Read moreI have never met a more rude and unprofessional staff member in my life since i have been patronizing mc Donald's. Theres a lady here called JAYDA (red hair, green eyes). She was so so rude and nasty to me for no reason. Im visiting from the UK (London) and the experience i had here today really marred my experience of rhode island. I came in and placed my order politely and this staff Jayda immediately had an attitude like she had known me before! She eyed me down and had a nasty attitude, when i asked how long my order would take so i can wait she answered me so rudely and said (whenever! You get it whenever!) and walked away. When i received the order, i realized the fries were cold and i asked if i could pls get hot fries, Jayda snatched the fries out of my hand aggressively, eyed me down again and walked away! I was so so shocked! I asked her if there was a problem and she immediately started yelling and using foul language and saying to her colleagues, “who is this girl talking to”, “who is she talking to” “you better not be talking to me” and they all started laughing! It was so unbelievable and so surreal! I couldn't believe what i was experiencing and seeing with my two eyes!! I demanded to speak to the manager who goes by the name CHRISTOPHER and he came out handled the situation very poorly, he didn't reprimand her atall, even though he heard her yelling at me! All he did was change the fries and told her to change the fries next time lol. I mean this is a Manager who was suppose to de - escalate the situation and talk to his staff not to treat a customer in that manner. It was solely about changing the fries, it was her attitude in general! Imagine her yelling at me a customer. While this went on i met a customer there who i got talking to and he said to me everyone knows that particular staff to have a bad attitude and that he has had several encounters with her and nothing was done about it. Such a shame! Very poor customer service at this location! This shouldn't be going on while you spending your hard earned money. So disappointed in the manager (christopher) in the way he handled the situation, he could have handled the situation better with his staff Jayda! I will definitely be taking this up with corporate, I feel really belittled and humiliated with the way i was treated here so poorly. Pls beware, the customer service here is so poor...
Read moreJayson is the worst manager I've ever delt with I went their last night called to complain about my order I ordered 10 pieces of nugget and 1 quarters pounder with no pickles in stead I got 2 quarters pounder one with pickles 1 without I called very fast but he was rude and said he confirmed order and wouldnt even understand there was a mistake I would bring other quarter pounder because I didn't here him say that's what I ordered I ordered on kiosk. The Manager Jayson so unprofessional kept blaming me and wouldn't help. He kept yelling at me so he could say I was yelling at him. I know it only a little money but I even told girl who was sweeping because she told me that no it was 2 quarters pounder but I told her no I didn't order that . So I let her know and I thought she fixed it but she didn't I got home called McDonald's let them know what happened then Jayson was so rude just kept saying he confirmed order with me but I didn't hear him say what I ordered. I heard the girl who was sweeping the floor and she told no you ordered 2 quarters pounder I told her no and from what I understood she fixed it. Nope I got home and had 2 quarters pounder. I called store twice and Jayson was just so rude and treated me so very badly and I would find new manager. How do you not even try to fix problem he just blames me and says I confirmed order. I placed order on kiosk with app 2 for $6 so the price was the same like I told him. He never said anything about what I ordered only the girl sweeping who gave me my bag. I told her no I ordered 10 pieces and quarter pounder but she still gave 2 quarters pounder she made it seemed like she fixed it but she didn't. Thanks Jayson for treating me like you guys never make mistakes you know how many times I go through drive thru and have sandwiches missing missing fries straws it sucks but I understand people make mistakes and they can be fixed.
