This is always been a go-to place in North Providence. On this day I went to a steak sandwich one of my favorites however I don't know who was the manager that day all the ladies were very nice taking my order but one had taken cheese off of a sandwich that was waiting to be prepared and put it back into the cooler I had asked the young lady that was serving me please do not give me that piece of cheese that the other young lady put back into the cooler what she did obliged by but an older woman had came by and said some words to her of dissatisfaction of my request I couldn't make out the words of what she was saying but it was nothing nice I doubt I'll be going back to anytime soon even though that this is the only Riccottii's that's close to me. I've been going to the sandwich shop for years going back to my high school years but it seems like service and people's attitudes nowadays seem unhappy about their jobs. Yesterday there was lettuce on ALL THREE SUBS, and no tomatoes on the tuna. And its shredded lettuce and a pain to pick off.ðĪĻ
Guys, I like your sub's, but I HATE LETTUCE on my sub's. One time is a mistake and forgiveable, but EVERY TIME and you are not listening to the customer or need a better method of taking...

That said, they didn't give us any guff when we brought the sandwich back up to be re-made (peeling the cheese off isn't sufficient, even a stray crumb that gets missed could cause her great discomfort) so props to them for that, especially in contrast to another place we visited where the waitress threw us under the bus to the cook after we explained the lactose intolerance to her and then still received an omelette with...
