Do not waste your Money on this food. I have ordered here before and actually had positive experience. ..cant say that tonight .i usually dont like to leave bad reviews..but i am very disappointed in the service i received...This time I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad and a quesadilla..This is what the chicken looked like on my salad not only was it burnt but it was covered in barbecue sauce..not only do i hate barbecue sauce but since when does bbq sauce go on ceasar salad?I called back and the manager told me they do season their chicken with Barbecue sauce. I informed him that I was not aware that they use bbq sauce,bc otherwise I would have ordered something else. I asked to bring the food back to exchange for something else .He said he was not willing to "because he didn't make the order wrong" and It was my fault for not liking how they do their chicken He also told me "sometimes the bbq flavor comes out more than others" when I said i had ordered their salads before and was pleased.. there you go that shows inconsistencies in their food prep...also that is such horrible customer service..If you want to keep a customer,you.make sure they are satisfied with the meal..and if not..you offer reasonable compensation .... Like how do you mess up a ceasar salad? not to mention the croutons were dry and stale.. i could get past the use of iceberg lettuce..but the chicken...that was just horrible..I just wasted 30 dollars on food.(bc i.also gave a tip)..that went to the trash.... also.i should've took it as as a sign after hearing several people call in saying their delivery order was wrong while waiting in the Dining area. There are soo many other restaurants on Mineral spring..don't waste your money here...

Addendum: I was curious so I also read other reviews..and it looks like there is a new owner..maybe I got food from them before the switch....because from the reviews I read it looks like Sammys House of Pizza HAD a legacy in the community. looks like the restaurant has gone down hill over the past few months..a lot of patrons seemed disappointed...keep reading. the reviews..lots of 1...

As soon as I opened the door, the aroma of marinara and everything that comes with it, smacks you in the face, taking you back to your Mother's kitchen, invoking precious memories and flavors long forgotten. Immediately greeted by Chris, who seems to know everyone that comes in. He asked if I was new here, how could he tell-Haha-, my Missouri-ism is instantly recognized everywhere, and said welcome with a smile that made me melt, and such genuine kindness, u could feel it. I had the meat lover calzone and it was De-lish! Best I've had in these parts since arriving in November. Crunchy on top, ooey-gooey middle filled with a mountain of meat, and mozzarella with the never ending string from ur mouth to the calzone in ur hand! Marinara is amazing with chunks of 'maters, thick sauce and never ending flavor. A must stop in Providence for a taste of heaven and a trip down memory lane. And that smile! Folks, I think this country girl has.... dare i say it... a...

If i could put 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible, which i never knew due to ordering on door dash or this place would have never gotten my business. I placed an order and called 30 seconds later to change the size, they told me it couldn’t be changed. Ok. I show up, they told me they didn’t make the pizza because they didn’t think i would show up?? This was half hour to closing time so could be the reason why… employees were standing around doing nothing. Said there is no manager around until next week; maybe that’s the problem. do not recommend steak & cheese, cheese has weird after taste. would recommend chicken tenders, which is easy not to mess up. went from ordering 2-3 times a week to never again and will NOT be recommending to...
