Subway — Restaurant in North Providence

I would recommend avoiding this subway cause they will take your money and not refund you for an order they never made. I placed an order on the app at 8:25pm and went to the store at 8:35 to see it closed and the lights turned off. It wasn't a big deal I just wanted my money back cause I never got the order. I emailed the store and the manager Jacob emailed me back saying go the next day to pick up my order, why would I want to get my order a day after I placed it. I declined and I just said I want a refund I don’t want the sandwich anymore and I still have not received the refund its not even about the money its about the fact they will do everything they can to not refund you when I literally never got the order. This happened on 11/26 and its not 12/6 and I haven't received it. I would've gave this subway my service again but the way they are handling this makes me never want to ever...

The small blond girl behind the counter was unbelievably rude, and asked my partner if he was ready to order 4 times in a 2 minute span. After he had already said that he needed a second to decide. When I went ahead of him to order, to not waste her time, she continued to ask him. When I said “Italian bread please” she said “will his be Italian too?” What part of he is still deciding did she not get? I would understand if we were holding people up but there was not a single other soul in the building. She was rude for the entire transaction for no reason. The brunette with the short hair was super sweet when checking out, and I felt bad for her not tipping. But I simply could not in my right mind give that girl anything. I would rate 0 stars on service if I could. I felt so uncomfortable by her rude behavior that I couldn’t even sit down in the restaurant— I ended up taking...

I have gone to the Mineral Spring Avenue store throughout the years and I can tell you that I have never had bad service or a bad experience. In fact, it's always the opposite. Happy, friendly, and always willing to help when I ask questions like, what do most people put on that sandwich? I guess we all have bad days, and so if you went there and were less than satisfied then maybe someone was having a bad day. Either that or sometimes disgruntled former employees leave bad reviews, that happens everywhere. But that subway is one of the friendliest places I go and even if I'm having a bad day I never leave with a bad sandwich ha ha! The male manager with the tattoos is awesome by the way.
