Arrived at 1:20 am (they close at two and the app lets you order anytime before 2am). Order a frosty on the app (So they already had my money). The automated voice comes over the box saying they’re closed (They close at 2am). Waited probably 10 minutes before I had to say “hello.” The staff then proceeded to tell me “they don’t have any frosties this late” (which is a lie). Wouldn’t give me a refund and had the audacity to tell me to come back tomorrow. I came back today after work at @11:30 (I left work at 11), and this employee proceeded to lie to me and tell me that they don’t make frosties past 8pm and I should come back tomorrow before that time to get one. After having to ask for a manager (who couldn’t even offer me a simple apology for my ordeal) I got a $4 refund in cash, which I proceeded to drive 1.5 miles to the Wendy’s on Charles street with. There they made me a frosty at 11:55pm NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Horrible franchise ownership/management. Lazy employees who don’t care to work. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here. Still can’t believe they told me to come back tomorrow two days in a row, like my life revolves around the hours the Wendy’s employees choose to actually do work at. Read moreBy far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. 4/23/2022 I would leave the time but they said they could not print my receipt somewhere around 7:30pm. To begin they could not hear me well at the drive through the gentleman taking the order clearly gave up as a woman took over. I placed the order and the cashier apologized for the inconvenience. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and another single sandwich but was not given a receipt this cost me 18 dollars which does not seem right. The lady at the window pushed my bag to me with attitude. I waited there since I was not given the second sandwich yet. She realized this and pushed that sandwich at me also. I was not given a straw or the extra sauce I requested. One of the sandwich’s was wrong leaving me to go inside.
