If you utilize mobile app, you better check every detail of your order because when the sandwiches are wrong and you don’t receive items you ordered they don’t care. When I called to get a refund to my card I was told I had to come back to the store with my credit card after I had already reached work. No way to refund my card even though they never touched my card. Not so much as apology from the Manager. She couldn’t care less (worked 9am Thursday morning). There are lots of options in the area for breakfast. I will take my business elsewhere. Whenever I utilize delivery take out, If they mess up the order, they refund or say “let us know next time your in”. This woman was clearly saying “I don’t care about your problem, I’m busy don’t bother me”. Poor customer service!!! I heard the employee trying to get her on the phone.
