Went with 9 ladies for our monthly dinner outing & decided to try this restaurant out. Short & sweet...the server did well overall however, I ordered a cheddar cheeseburger (medium) but received a bacon cheeseburger (well). I let the waitress know this & her response was "that is the only cheddar burger we have" (when the 1st item on their burger menu says cheeseburger w/ your choice of cheese). I said I was happy to simply take off the bacon as I won't eat it & just reminded her to be sure to correct that on my final bill which she seemed ok with. Even though it was served 'well' instead of 'medium', I let that part go. After starting to eat my cheeseburger (& I had already taken the bacon off & put it on the side of my plate) the female manager Krystal stated "I need to take your burger & make a new one". I said it doesn't make sense to waste food & noted I removed the bacon so we are all good. She then said in a strongly disrespectful way "If I see that you have eaten the bacon, I will be charging you for it" like a parent to a child (mind you, I am 50). I shockingly looked at her & suggested how out of line she was (several other women in our group agreed), how her tone was unnecessary, that it was the mistake of the server, that there was no reason for me to wait for another burger to eat after everyone else had finished when I have what I needed. I also gave her my bacon pieces so she didn't have to "be concerned" & she smartly said "thank you". She offered no apology for her attitude or the mistake. Add to this, since we were a group of 9, 20% gratuity is automatically added of which typically is fine however, paying $10 gratuity (for just for 1 drink, 1 appetizer & a burger) for such poor service & such disrespect from a clearly incompetent person in a management roll to handle a simple issue didn't deserve it & wanted to pay a little less (gratuity is based on what service you received). When I addressed this with Krystal (mgr), she again offered no apology for her attitude, the error on the restaurant's part or her causing a commotion to several during our dinner. There were 2 others in our group that also experienced order & bill issues that this manager couldn't seem to resolve successfully. We let Krystal know we would be providing these issues on the Google review due to her not wanting to handle or resolve anything in a professional manner but she continued her attitude by stating "go ahead". We will not be coming to this...

Wait for food is always long here and they charge extra for every little thing. Honestly surprised they don’t charge for extra ketchup. She told us there was a charge for extra tartar sauce which we said that’s fine - although ridiculous. Then at 945pm she comes back and when we ask for tarter sauce again she raises her voice and says ….if you want anything else I have to know now 🫣 ma’am….we ordered the sauce 5 -8 minutes ago and you forgot to bring it. No need to raise your voice. Each time I have come in She’s never kind and she acts as if you coming into the restaurant is an actual problem for her. No one in the place smiles except the bartender and it seems the place is run with a negative vibe from the top down. How can every person but the bartender be miserable?
They charge 20% gratuity on even a 7 person table. I’m torn on that because I would have tipped this woman 15% only because I’m a decent human because she deserved less honestly. I mean if you want a tip then don’t act like the people paying you are inconveniencing you.
Food isn’t great but it’s not disgusting either. They are lucky that there are few options around but honestly at this point I will drive to something better. I work hard for my money and I hate giving it to rude people to serve me food that I could get anywhere and leave me with a negative feeling as I...

Four of us stopped in to have a light late lunch. The menu has something for all, including sandwiches, burgers, salads, seafood, steaks, chicken, pasta, etc. The daily specials sounded divine. There is a daily 11-6 happy hour menu with 2-4-1's Cosmos, Margheritas, vodka or gin Martini's; $4 house wine and well drinks; $3 domestic beers and a wide variety of HH liquor.
We ordered lunch from the HH menu. *Calamari - lightly breaded, fried to perfection, and absolutely delicious *Sliders - three perfectly cooked medium temperature hamburgers on a tasty bun. Definitely a winner being so juicy and fresh *Grouper nuggets - a generous portion, lightly breaded.
Greeted immediately, we chose to be seated at a hightop in the outside area with garage doors and lots of fresh air. Our server, Porscha, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Our food order came out in a timely fashion. It was hot and attractively plated.
Soon, George (proprietor) made his rounds and stopped to chat at each table.
Free on-site parking and an easy in-out...
